I have worked with Chuck in the past. My nephew passed away and I was the executor and Chuck sold the house in one week.. The next house I worked with Chuck was mine, I told Chuck he had to sell the my house while I was working over the weekend and would not be home, well he did it, we had over 40 lookers and 10 offers who were all qualified.
