ZillowVERIFIED Chuck is fantastic! I have used him multiple times over the years and each time he has helped me move my houses quickly and hassle free. Chuck knows his stuff and often times has a deal worked out before you even hear about it. Chuck is honest and great at explaining the details. He puts in the work so you don't have to. I highly recommend him to anyone seriously looking to buy and/or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of recently working with Chuck Mikol. I refer him to anyone interested in selling or buying a house. The systems he has in place make selling and buying a house easy. My home sold within 24 hours of listing it. I appreciate that he posted true pictures of my house. He did not try use camera tricks such as using the birdseye lenses. As someone that was looking for house recently I can tell you it is disappointing it is to show up to a house that does not have the same appeal in person as it did in the pictures. Exactly one week to the day of selling our home he not only helped us find a new home but our offer was accepted!! It doesn't matter what time of day it was when I emailed or texted him he always responded. He is straightforward, a hard worker, very knowledgeable, and is really easy to work with. We received 5+ star quality work from Chuck.

ZillowVERIFIED Listed our house with Chuck Mikol based on an advertising post card he'd sent. I kept it "just in case" we wanted to sell our house., and I'm glad I did. We liked him right off the bat. We had 3 offers in less than 24 hours. He is highly responsive to any messages left. He did his research. He gave us good advice about the house and the sale. He did a great job!

ZillowVERIFIED I've been watching Chuck's home sales in Brook Park for the past couple years and was incredibly impressed. So when the time came to sell our home I knew who to call, I was more than confident listing with him! Chuck made the sales process super simple and quick. Our home had multiple offers in less than 24 hours ABOVE asking price! I couldn't be happier. I look forward to working with him again in the future and I would recommend him to anyone selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED As soon as we met Chuck we knew he was the realtor for us. He was professional, honest, and made us feel both confident and at ease with the whole process. Our Brook Park home sold in 5 days and we were under contract on our dream home in days, as well. Even though Chuck is a busy agent he was always available to us. His attention to detail and quick response to calls and texts (there were many!) made us feel like we were his only clients. We can't thank him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck really listened to what we wanted and got it for us. He made the process easy for us and explained to us what was going on every step of the way. During the entire process of selling our house and buying another we only had to worry about packing and moving, Chuck managed everything else. Most importantly, even though he had other properties he was working on we felt like we were his only clients. He answered every call and email. Highly recommend Chuck.

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck listed and found us a buyer within 3 days. He was always available and very informative on the status of the sale. If paperwork needed to be filled out, Chuck would take the time to stop at our place when ever needed at the drop of a hat. He took amazing pictures that helped maximize the sale price. He was the most knowledgeable about the Brook Park area that we found. We strongly recommend him if you're selling Brook Park and surrounding suburbs.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Chuck Mikol. It took us along time to find a house we liked. Chuck was always available and ensured us the "right one" will come along. He offered so much help and advice during the negation & closing process. After the closing of our home, he stopped by our new home a few times to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions.

He kept in touch, and returned our calls promptly from the start he had our wishes in mind. If I know of anyone in the market, buying or selling he would be the one I would have them call.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about Chuck. Interviewed a few agents and knew right away he was for us. My dad passed and we had to sell my childhood home. Other realtors wanted us to make many changes before it went on the market. Chuck came in and said "I wouldn't change a thing". Buyers will make updates to their tastes. He was so right. We had offers on the same day it was listed without even an Open House. If you want an honest, no pressure realtor, Chuck is your guy.Geraldine HollingsheadNorth Olmsted, Ohio

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck was my listing agent for my home that I owned for 18 years. He demonstrated professionalism and expertise and had very thorough knowledge of the real estate market and every step of the home selling process. He helped me understand much of the 'language' used in real estate and gave me options when there were choices to be made and gave me good information on the potential outcome of each decision. His negotiation skills were top notch and I never had to worry about getting a good, honest deal.I then hired him as my buyer's agent as I went out to search for a new home. His no-pressure style was comforting as he patiently took me through many, many showings of homes while I had various family and friends in tow and took my time checking out each part of each house with them. Chuck is friendly and responsive and I would highly recommend him as either a buying or a selling agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck was everything we wanted in a real Estate Agent. This was not our first purchase of a home, but it was our first in Ohio. He was available whenever we needed him. Chuck is very honest and never pushy. Since we were moving here from out of state he was very knowledgeable about many different areas and he shared that knowledge. He wanted us to find the house that was right for us whether it cost $100k or $200k.
