What a crazy market!! We made offers on 3 properties and were out bid on all 3 to multiple offer situations. Enter Mark Barry!! The home that we purchased was yet another multiple offer situation. I was told by the sellers agent after closing, that we countered the same amount as another potential buyer. The agent told me that the reason we got the house, was simply because they liked Mark better as he was respectful and easy to work with. Mark is very knowledgeable of every aspect of the real estate business, very professional and just a great person. Your agent absolutely makes a difference!! Jimmy & Marcia Bettis
