About Chuck House

We have lived in the Memphis area for over 40 years, Chuck graduated with a BBA (concentration in Finance and Real Estate) from University of Memphis in 1989. Susan, graduated from Ole Miss in 1988. We have been married for over 25 years, and we have been blessed with two wonderful girls Anna and Allison . We have enjoyed living in Midtown, East Memphis and Germantown and understand the advantages in living in a great city like Memphis. We are members of Grace Evan Church in Germantown. Of utmost importance to us is our dedication to running our business in a way that reflects Keller Williams priorities of God, Family and then Business.

Sarah is the best. She works so hard but loves her job and you can tell. She stuck with me through thick and thin. It landed me in the place I now love and am very happy. Sarah took me to see properties I thought I wanted but I learned that day that was not for me at all. It was not a problem. We picked up where we left off with my new perfect living arrangement and a lot more looking. She is a kind, good hearted person that likes helping people. She works so hard to do that.

My wife could not have asked for a better person to have as our realtor. We live out of town and she helped us find the perfect home for us to buy a short term rental. She went above and beyond in every facet and every detail of the process. She made video walk throughs of the houses for us. In fact, she went out of her way one day to go by a house that she thought may be in a bad neighborhood to find out that it had changed for the better! She answered all of our questions, eased our anxiety and thought of everything. She even went to the utility company to help set up the account when they were giving us the run around on the phone. We can't actually imagine buying a house any where without Sarah! We can't recommend her enough!
