ZillowVERIFIED Chuck has sold two homes for me and done a great job with each one. My experience has been that most agents lose interest if the sale isn't real quick. Chuck has always kept working at marketing the homes and his interest in the property never waned if it wasn't a quick sale. I would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck and his team were highly successful in selling our house at a great price. It went on the market on Thursday and with more than one offer. We accepted an offer for more than the listing price. All emails and text were responded to in a very timely manner by Chucks team. Chuck was persistent in helping us obtain our new house. Within four days of selling our Cambridge home, an offer was accepted in Oakdale for our new home. Chuck was in contact with the listing agent in Oakdale multiple times. We couldnt have found a better realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck spent the time before listing to discuss a strategy. Chuck's process reduced our stress knowing his experience and that things happened just as we planned. When multiple offers came in very quickly, he negotiated them and we received the offer we wanted well above list price. Chuck knows when to listen and when to offer advice. My whole sale was comfortable, planned, quick and pleasant.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I used Michelle Carstensen to both buy and sell a home and our experience on both ends was absolutely stellar! (check out my previous review as a buyer). Michelle is extremely responsive and such a joy to work with. On the selling end, she was able to get the house listed quickly and at the perfect price point. We had multiple showings and offers and really got the best buyers. I highly recommend Michelle and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Minnesota.

ZillowVERIFIED Definitely go with Chuck Carstensen for your real estate needs! We've worked with him on multiple transactions, and he is knowledgeable in local and broader markets. He goes the extra mile (and in our case, several extra miles!) to help buy and sell properties. He works hard to understand our requirements, then works quickly to get us what we want, or sell at the best price. He's prompt and honest, and we trust his expertise and judgement. We are grateful we were fortunate enough to find him, and we will work with him again and again.

ZillowVERIFIED I loved where I was at. So I requested Chuck to find me a house similar to what I had with a beautiful lot similar to what I had without the work of so many oak trees, nearer where my family lives. Chuck fulfilled my wishes! He was very attentive and helped to walk through the processes of buying and selling. Fantastic to work with and highly recommend him.

He had good intuition on the homes value, and managed multiple offers that came in within days flawlessly. The offer I accepted was fair and the timing was perfect for moving into my new house. ZillowVERIFIED We found Chuck while we were out trying to find another land to check out. We couldn't find it but found another one that had his realtor for sale sign on. Since he was in the area we were searching, we decided to call him for assistance. He was super helpful from that day forward, even though it took as almost a year to use his services. When we were actively looking, he was great at sending us options that really fit what we were looking for and never outside our price ranges. He continues to check in to see if there's anything he can assist us with and that shows how great he does his job. We will definitely remember his name when we decide to sell our current house to move to the country!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new property. I had searched for a couple years, but was in no hurry to purchase unless I found the right property. Chuck checked in every so often to see how the search was going and to let him know if he could help in any way. Every time I contacted him about a property I was interested in, he got back to me immediately with information and often was willing to show me the property right away (often the day I asked). He was informative and patient with me during my search. He walked several properties with me, sometimes at great distances from his home area. I'm an early riser and would text him questions early. Often hed respond right away in the morning. He was helpful with the many questions I had on making the offer, to the purchase agreement, to questions regarding the language on the title paperwork, and closing questions. He went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend him and will contact him again when its time to sell our home.
