    Chuck and his team were extremely helpful, pleasant, responsive in returning calls and emails, and a pleasure to deal with. He has a strategy for each sale, including the normally slow time after the holidays. Our house got a lot of interest owing to his and his team's marketing plan.     We were very pleased with Chuck, it is the first home we ever sold and to say we were ignorant on all points is to say very little, he was always willing to explain, sometimes 2-3 times the nuances of selling. He answered every call, email, and text. Held quite a few open houses, climbed up in the attic to check for a leak, even took the meter readings on closing.
