ZillowVERIFIEDChuck Bell was just the agent I needed. He was very knowledgeable and with 30+ years of experience he was able to give me all the advice I needed. But what set Chuck apart was his willingness to help me every step of the way, from providing an in depth home search, to setting up viewings, and putting me in touch with the right people. Chuck was a true professional who made the house buying process great and truly designed with me in mind. I found my dream home and it wouldn't have been possible with Chuck. I strongly recommend him to make your home buying dreams a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck is a very honest, up front and friendly man. We would have no problem doing business with him or recommending him to anyone. He even referred us to a fellow realtor as well as pointed us to a very nice woman for financing.

ZillowVERIFIED I found a house and Chuck work with me to get the house He's the type of guy when you call he call you back you don't have to call 3 or 4 times and chase him. Chuck actually went out of his way to make sure the deal went through and that I was completely happy with the sale. He came back into the house and gave me some remodeling ideas. I would highly recommend Chuck for any sale or any buying of any homes

ZillowVERIFIED We had just ended a 6 month contract with another realtor when we told to contacted Remax. Previously we had been disappointed because we felt our home was well maintained and in move in ready condition. We were also anxious to sell but not give our house away. That's when we turned to Chuck Bell for help. He gave us a three month contract and told us he would do his best to sell it. What happened next was nothing short of a miracle. An all cash offer came in and we closed March 15, 2016. The whole transition was nearly effortless. We would highly recomend calling Chuck if you need a good real estate agent. We were not disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED We had narrowed the houses down through Zillow. We didn't care for the first home and then Chuck Bell steered us towards the home we purchased. Chuck was great in helping us get our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck was actually representing the seller when we bought the land for our new home. Even though he represented the other side, he took plenty of time to make sure that everything was transparent and there were no surprises. When we sell our home in the near future, we'll be sure to call Chuck!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck was very helpful and responsive during our time of home searching. Chuck also recommended an agent to help us sell our home in southern Ohio. Chuck is a life long resident of the area and knows the area very well.

ZillowVERIFIED He never gave up on finding the right house for us.We looked at about 15 to 20 houses in leaa than three days. wWe were moving back home, after 21 years in Iowa. He could see the disappointin our faces. Then he showed us pictures of a house that was coming on the market the day after we had to return to Iowa. We drove by the house which had the for sale sign in yard. The listing realtor would not allow us in. So Mr.Bell Recieved permission to enter a recently sold built by the same archatect to see the quality of the home.We trusted his judgement so much we purchased sight unseen. Closing was a breeze.that is why "Buy or sell go with Bell. We love the house.

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with Chuck several times over the past 15 years. He will always be my "go to guy" for Real Estate transactions. His input helped win a bidding situation last year on a Fannie Mae property that is now home to some lifelong friends of mine!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck is always professional and respectful of the clients needs and valuable time. When we were looking for our home, he made every effort to accommodate us; our schedules, at the spur of the moments requests, and was very proactive in identifying options outside of original specifications which was very appreciated. Chuck knows the market and the areas of Toledo well. As we were not from the area, he was very instrumental in giving us much appreciated information and insight, as well as history about certain areas of interest. Chuck provided us excellent service and we were very satisfied in everything he did to help us with the process.

ZillowVERIFIED If you're buying a house, and not buying from Chuck you are wasting your time. From the day we met he cleared his schedule, showed the are area, not just the area surrounding the house we wanted...but he gave us a tour filled with history, food and fun. Chuck has a passion for this industry and his fun loving personality was infectious. He was extremely professional and always made himself available to us. He transformed a scary and unfamiliar milestone in life into the exciting time that it should be. My wife and I have our dream home, and we also have a great friend in Chuck Bell. We would recommend Chuck to anyone looking to buy, sell, or just want a free lunch :)
