ZillowVERIFIED Chuck has been amazing in helping me find a new home. Getting into buying a home for the first time Chuck's knowledge of the area was great, and knowing what to look for when looking at each place. Through out my search it was easy to get in touch and stay updated through the offer and closing process. I'm greatly looking forward to living here, and would reach out to Chuck again in the future if I find myself looking to move again one day.

ZillowVERIFIED I recommend Chuck without reservation. He is very knowledgeable and was prompt with answering questions. When looking for a home to purchase, he would immediately request for show times, even if it was last minute on the weekends. After we had an offer on our home, Chuck went above and beyond and helped coordinate the sale of some personal property to the buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED What an incredible individual. We are located in another state and the communication with Chuck could not have been better even if we were local to Big Rapids. When he would say he would call, he did. We were aware of every step of the selling and closing process. We could not have asked for a better selling experience. You can no go wrong selling or buying with Chuck. Thanks Chuck! Mary & Bob Eichler

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck did an absolutely amazing job selling our home. He answered all of our questions we had took time to explain what was going on every step of the selling process. He was extremely professional from the initial consultation all the way to closing and went above and beyond his duties. He set up an aggressive marketing plan for our home and got us multiple offers over listing price in a short period of time. Communication was great and Chuck was very easy to communicate with at a moments notice and did exactly what he said he would do in the initial consultation in the time period that was discussed and sold our home for a considerable amount more than we thought it was worth. We would not hesitate to use Chuck again for any future needs or to refer him to a friend. Lastly, the drone shots he did of our home and property were fantastic!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck is very knowledgeable with regard to real estate (homes & land) around the Canadian Lakes area where we were looking. He showed us some homes and some land. We settled on a piece of land, and he was knowledgeable about the building process in the area as well. He has great, talented contacts he put us in touch with for the various building contractors/sub-contractors we would need. He was also knowledgeable, responsive and helpful through the purchase & closing process. He bent over backwards to help us get the land we wanted. We would highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck dealt with complications and resolved issues with acumen. My only reservation was the length of time to get the property sold, and thought that the strategy could have been different. But in the end, mission accomplished and were all completely satisfied!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck Ames was absolutely outstanding!!! My husband and I were first time buyers thus we had ALOT of questions. Chuck was extraordinarily knowledgeable and patient with us. The speed at which he got us answers was impressive as well. He made us feel like family and he truly cared about everything we were going through, what was best for us as a military veteran family and parents. I have honestly never met anyone who went so far above and beyond with their job as Chuck did. I am fairly hard to please being that I'm also pregnant and nesting haha but I couldnt have asked for a better experience than we had working with Chuck Ames.

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck Ames was an excellent realtor and is the reason we were able to purchase our house. He contacted us within minutes of our inquiry and had a list of houses to look at right away. We were in a very tight spot where our landlord was selling the house we were renting and had not planned on buying a house, so we had no idea what we were doing. Chuck helped us every single step of the way. He was helpful not only with finding the house but also financing the home. He was available whenever we needed him or had a question and was willing to do whatever it took to help our family find a home. We are so grateful to Chuck for making our dreams come true!

ZillowVERIFIED Chuck is very professional and has amazing follow through when we needed questions answered, he was very quick to get back to us. He called the credit union to ask why we hadn't heard from them for 13 days, and things started moving along very quickly after that! I recommend him highly as he knows the area very well, very knowledgeable of the mortgage, closing and banking procedures, and we felt he was always in our ball court.

ZillowVERIFIED Normally I wouldnt take the time to complete one of these but Chuck deserves it. He was so awesome throughout my search for riverfront property. He personally inspected each piece to make sure it was what I was looking for. His attitude was great. Always friendly and accommodating. Because I was working long days he took time to update me in the evening and on the weekend. I whole heartedly recommend him.
