ZillowVERIFIED Chrystal helped us buy a house in AZ while we were preparing to move there from out of state. Covid prevented us from visiting the state and touring houses in person. Chrystal completed video tours of countless properties for us and even made videos of driving through the neighborhoods. This allowed us to be completely comfortable buying without physically being at the property. Its also an incredibly tough market right now. She helped us make educated offers that would actually appraise without losing out. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED Chrystal was absolutely fabulous. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process every step of the way. And if you have ever was looking to buy a house and worked with realtors you know how difficult it is most of the time to find someone who will respond to you quickly and be available to you on a moments notice. Its actually very rare. Chrystal is that realtor. She would respond within minutes. If I wanted to look at a house she was on the phone calling the realtor right away to set up an appointment. If we had to wait a day to see it it was because of the other side's schedule, not Chrystal's. And in this market that is a MUST. A nice home, priced right, isn't on the market but just a couple of days, hours even. So to have someone that can drop everything to help you out is a Godsend. I just can't say enough about Chrystal. I never felt nervous or anxious through out the buying process because she kept me informed all the way. She was always there with answers to my questions and when there was a little hiccup with the one mortgage company I was going with (due to covid) she already had another plan before I even knew of the hiccup. Now that's professionalism!

I selected one and was under contract within 48 hours. This part of the process took only four days. The next set of the process, getting to and through closing, went just as smooth. ZillowVERIFIED Unexpectedly I was evicted from a home I had been renting for almost two years. I had two months to close a deal and move out, and I'm only 22 years young so had no idea what to do to find a home for my mother and three dogs - renting seemed highly unlikely with my larger canine family. Luckily I was on Zillow late at night, anxiety/depression to the moon, requesting information on potential homes, and Chrystal called - *cue rays of light and singing angels*. She asked me very simple questions other agents seemed to have forgotten like "what are you looking for in a house? Your budget? Location?" Things agents SHOULD be asking right off the bat instead of just showing me A HOUSE and asking what I thought. My mother and I met with Chrystal a few days later, she showed my mother and I multiple homes in a close radius and all in my budget. In two days of working with her we found the home and with the help of her team we were able to close the house in a little more than five weeks. FIVE WEEKS - we did this in almost record time, people. Her broker is fast and fantastic, her inspector was prompt on the inspection and sending back the evaluation, she was able to talk us into a GREAT deal, and the only snags we ran into were on the seller's side, which Chrystal was able to mend overnight (or in hours - almost magical). Though this is my first home and I haven't worked with real estate agents in the past, Chrystal will be my real estate agent in the future. We clicked, she has a strong sense of urgency, she helped me keep my witz when I had my weak moments, and she's just an overall pleasant person to work with. I can't wait for her to visit our home when we're finally settled, and I'm excited to refer her to friends, family, and those in need of finding a home.
