We needed help with this transition, so I called a known local realtor that had sent us a mailer. This was a huge mistake and wished we had called Christy Thomson first! See, this other realtor sent out her assistant and did a video call while looking at our property. The entire time she was making rude comments about our modern style, the architecture of our home, outbuildings and even the lake we lived on.
