Christy Sterbenz

Before real estate, I spent over two decades guiding professionals in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries through high-stakes career decisions. That background shaped how I work now: strategic, clear-headed, and steady when things feel overwhelming. Real estate is often tangled up with something bigger - a loss, a divorce, a new chapter - and I bring the same calm, honest guidance to your move that I once brought to someone's career crossroads.

I specialize in working with:

Homeowners selling during a major life transition - downsizing, relocating, or moving on after divorce or loss

Widows and divorcing homeowners who need a patient, low-pressure partner through a hard season

Families managing a parent's estate or probate sale, often while grieving and short on time

Move-up buyers and sellers looking for a smooth, customized experience

Out-of-area buyers seeking local expertise in a competitive Triangle market

First-time and new construction buyers who want an experienced guide through the process

With a deep love for my local community across Johnston, Harnett, and Wake counties, and a sharp eye for market trends, I focus on real results, not sales pitches. My approach is personal, professional, and built around your goals - not mine. Whatever season brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.

When I'm not previewing homes or negotiating offers, I'm probably kayaking a local lake, checking out a new date-night spot in downtown Clayton, or helping my daughter with her latest creative project.

Need someone you can trust to help you through this next move?

Let's talk - no pressure, just real advice.
