ZillowVERIFIED Christy is freaking awesome. I had the best experience! She made a complicated process and a difficult seller into a fun process. She is super personable and breaks things down for you in the best ways possible. She is a ball of energy and gives great advice. Dont waste your time with someone who views you as a number or a dollar sign when you have Christy ready to treat you like family!

ZillowVERIFIED Christy's prompt communication and active approach was detrimental to selling my house. She was easy to work with. If there was a question that she didn't know the answer to, she would make the contacts to find the answer.

ZillowVERIFIED We really appreciated everything that Christy did for us. She went above and beyond for us. She was professional and polite. She was there for us everytime we needed her and answered all our questions to the best of her knowledge. If she didn't know the answer right away, she would find it and find it fast. Would highly recommend her to family & friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Christy sold me a house in Zeigler that she didn't even have listed. It was listed through a different realtor company and we was able to use Christy from TLC who would drop what she was going to show us the house multiple times and was the sole person who helped us negotiate a price. The other realtor never showed up one time until it was time to close and get her check. Christy went above and beyond what was asked of her to help us finalize the purchase of our home. Call Christy at TLC in Herrin when your looking to buy or sell a home!!

ZillowVERIFIED Christy acted as our agent when we purchased our place in Pope County, IL. She was very professional and stayed very involved in the entire process from price negotiation through closing. Once under contract she helped set up all of the inspections and made it a point of being present during the inspections even though this property was an hour from her office. Whatever needed done to make this purchase move forward smoothly she was on top of it. I would highly recommend Christy to anyone needing a realtor whether buyer or seller.
