Tracy was our agent from your team. She was wonderful. Tracy went above and beyond her duties. She kept us up to date on everything that was going on. Tracy also knew how to keep me calm when I got nervous. With us being in California we trusted Tracy with pretty much everything and she came thru for us. We couldn't be more happy. So five stars for Tracy. Thank you.

I knew we would do well with Christy and we certainly did. I was told by a friend in real estate that Christy Needles is at the top in Wichita Real Estate. Christy told me she had an excellent team and based on the performance of the Agent assigned to us she certainly does! Our house was sold for more than we expected, above asking,no issues and everything went so well. From the first call with Christy to the beautiful professional pictures to the smooth closing with our Agent - no surprises or problems. Very professional yet warm and caring We are so very pleased! Thank you Christy

ZillowVERIFIEDChristy Needles has done an exemplary job helping find properties for me to build on. Said she stays on top of every single new listing and sends them to me as soon as they hit the MLS. I truly treasure communication and she stays on top of it. No wonder her team is in the top half percent Nationwide. If you need a good realtor I would call Christy Needles.

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding job. I would recommend her anytime of the day. Have her currently looking for more property and am hoping that we find something very soon so that way we can potentially build a new house on the property and live happily ever after. That would make my day if we could find it very quickly

ZillowVERIFIED Darin did a great job helping find a house in my budget for me! He had great advice and assisted with anything I needed in this process. I found the Needles team on Dave Ramsey's website and was not disappointed. Darin was professional in is communication, but still very friendly and good to get to know! He went above and beyond being open to look at house after house with me until we found the one. He was extremely responsive even outside of business hours and offered assistance any time I needed it.

ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely loved working with Darcie Campbell! She was very patient in our months-long search and made sure we found a home that was perfect for our needs. Darcie truly cares about her clients and you know youre not just another sale. Instead, in selecting Darcie as your realtor, you now have a lifelong resource and friend to lean on. She even held our baby and rocked him to sleep during our inspection. How many realtors would do that? Darcie made the buying and selling process a complete breeze and always made sure we were on top of things. Her knowledge and compassion for her work is unparalleled. Wed highly recommend Darcie and The Needles Team.

ZillowVERIFIED We landed upon the Christy Needles Team via a Zillow inquiry and Darin was the realtor we were given. As first time home buyers, we could not have been more grateful for having Darin being the one to guide us and helping us with our first HOME. We found the absolutely perfect property and feel like we are living in a dream home. Darin was available seemingly all the time, and answered every single question we had as first time buyers! The best part, he didn't treat us like clients. I did not once feel like he was trying to "Sell" me a property and be done. He was patient and made sure we found "the one". If it wasn't for Darin, we wouldn't be in the amazing home were are in now.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Christy to anyone looking for an experienced agent with a great network. My wife and I brought Christy an old property with multiple issues and out of state sellers. She listened to our concerns as out of state sellers on a rental property and her contacts and experience led us to a cash sale within 6 hours of listing the property at $4,000 over asking price. Christy answered every concern we had and responded to our text or e-mail the same day or sooner. If we have another property for sale in the state of Kansas she will be our first call. We have nothing but great things to say about Christy. If you need a property or a property sold in the state of Kansas, you would regret not calling her first.

ZillowVERIFIED We just finished the sale of our home with Christy yesterday. I cannot say enough positive things about her! Christy took care of EVERYTHING for us. All we had to do was make a decision on which offer to accept and fix a few minor things that the buyers asked for. She even went through those things with us and let us know what she thought was reasonable, and what wasn't necessary. We will definitely be using Christy's services again when we are ready!

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin to express how patient and helpful you were. You showed us things to look for and pay attention to when purchasing our first home. Things we would have never thought to look for. You were always accommodating to our crazy schedules. We appreciate how straight forward you were. We appreciate you answered some of what we thought were willing questions before, during, and after the sale. We couldnt have asked for a better agent to do this with. You are truly a gem. Youll be the first person we think of when our family and friends are looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Mrs. Darcie Cambell to buy our first home in Derby, KS this summer and she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, my husband and I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into their customers buying their first home (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and reputation. The Christy NeedelesTeam stood out as the best Kansas has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning peopleclose their homes through them), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their customers. We spoke with Darcie and then met with her back in 2019. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they closed and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We wanted to find a realtor who was vetted through Dave Ramsey and someone who would make the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like providing Kansas laws for older homes that are for sale. When we saw followed up with her during COVID-19 to finally buy a home we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to buy a home helped us tremendously - our experience was great and helped us picked the best home that fit our family needs. Since we were not in the position to buy a home in 2018, she continued to provide us with listings that met our criteria for a home. Fast forward, May 2020 we found two home we were interested in and she was able to get us an appointment to see both homes the following weekend. Darcie, walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.I've recommended the Christy Needles Team to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely cares. I realize it won't always be this easy to buy your first home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Buyer's Agent.Review Rating = 5 / 5 Stars

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Christy was outstanding in every way. Her knowledge of the real estate market, our geographical area, and how to market our property was invaluable. Christy provided excellent guidance on pricing our home. Her marketing efforts resulted in many prospective buyers seeing the house almost immediately, and then she helped us analyze the pros and cons of multiple offers. Christy remained responsive from the first meeting throughout the entire transaction. We recommend Christy without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Christy and her team took ownership of the listing process from the very beginning. She personal took control of the staging process in advance of the photos being taken. She came to the home and assisted us on making some changes to our decor, re-arranged some furniture to make the home more livable than a not. Christy remained in contact with us during the entire time the home was listed and available. It took her only 15 days to get us a full ask offer. Christy is very educated and up to date on market conditions within Andover and surrounding areas. She is fully aware of her competing listings and know how to keep her listing at the very top of homes listed on Zillow. We would recommend Christy & her team to anyone contemplating on selling their home.
