We were moving across the country knowing very little about the area, so we relied on her honest expertise to guide us. Her warm and welcoming personality really made us feel comfortable.We reached out to Christy while planning a trip to NC and coordinated multiple days of showings. By the end of the week, we had found the perfect home for our family, put in an offer, and negotiated with the sellers' agent to get exactly what we wanted. In fact, we signed the deal on the plane ride home!The closing of our new home and our move coincided with the beginning of the quarantine, so it presented many complications. As you know there are so many moving parts and challenges to getting a house ready to be put on the market. My house closed March 25th, 2020 and as we are aware these are not the best times to try and sell a home. Not only did we find the perfect home but the guidance and assistance provided by Christy and Lezlie was beyond all expectations. She knows the area well, she knows neighborhoods and works with you each minute on finding your dream house. We were buyers in the area but if she is good as she is at working with the buyers, I am sure she is just as good as a selling agent as well. Christy is a hard working, positive attitude, and a go getter at all times during your search of a new house. Specifically, we were told that Christy knew the process very well, advocated for the client (and not necessarily her own short-term interests), and was highly accessible. Having worked with Christy to buy our current home, I can say all those things are true. This is our second home and we're still fairly naive as to the process. Knowing that, Christy provided the perfect amount of assistance at each step of the way. It began by helping us narrow our search for the "must have" features, in the areas we liked, in the price range we could afford. She kept in touch with us for months while we tried to sell our previous home. In that time, she sent us possible listings so we could be on top of things should we get an offer on our prior home. When we finally did, and were able to move forward with this purchase, Christy was there and fully available. She provided expert guidance as to what we could expect from the market and helped us navigate the various transactions that ultimately led us into a home we absolutely love. She coordinated with the sellers, their agent, the various inspectors, the bank, and has continued to provide us support well after we've moved in. She continues to offer fantastic recommendations for services. I can't think of a single point in the process where we were disappointed with her services or felt that something didn't go the way it should have. Based on our experience and the fact that other brokers speak equally highly of Christy, I'm sure any client of hers will be in good hands.
