ZillowVERIFIEDFrom start to finish - excellent service, professional advice and strategies to sell quickly and at the best price. Christy and her team went above and beyond my highest exceptions. As a seller who lives outside the state where the property was, I needed extra assistance with handling details on site. Christy was always available and ready to help. If you want the best - Christy Heil is all you need!

ZillowVERIFIED Visited 7-8 properties in two days. I was pleasantly surprised when the last home visited on the second day filled most requirements and was right at the price-point I was looking for. Christy made a prompt and successful offer I proposed which she felt was fair to both parties. Turned out to be a great buy for me. I was fully anticipating a counteroffer that never came. Even as a cash buyer I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went from offer to closing. Especially given the fact I was at a distance. E-signing was easy as was transfer of funds on two different occasions. Christy was great and a was a fantastic agent for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Christy was a great help in finding my Las Vegas home. The first deal on my CA home fell apart, but Christy kept sending me emails on available properties. When my house finally sold, I needed to buy a Las Vegas home fast. Christy showed me properties in my price range and helped me make a quick purchase and a smooth transition.

ZillowVERIFIED I would definitely recommend Christy. Communication was excellent. Her understanding that we werent familiar with the city was outstanding. We bought our house sight unseen so we were very nervous. She answered our phone calls and questions immediately and if she couldnt shed text us and give the time when she could return our call. She is still helping us with questions we have and the sale is closed.

ZillowVERIFIED Christy is the best realtor you will find in Las Vegas!! 3 years ago she helped me find a home for my family. She took special care when it came to our needs and financial situation!! What she was able to fine was beyond what we expected!! And when my career took me out of state; We turned to Christy to list and sell our house. She is very easy to talk to and can answer all your questions, if she doesn't have the answer, rest assured she will get it for you!!

ZillowVERIFIED Christy handled the selling of our property so well. Issues that came up, she took care of quickly. Handling communication with the buyers' agent was great, and even some strange interactions from neighbors and their agents also were handled so well by Christy. Professional all the way.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Christy 100 stars I would!!! I will start by saying that she is an awesome realtor. She listened to my needs and heard what I wanted out of a realtor. She used a professional photographer to showcase my home along with putting up a brand fresh for sale sign. She followed up on every task and kept me in the loop even while she was on vacation. My house sat on the market for 58 with my previous realtor. He did absolutely nothing to sell my home. Christy had my house under contract in 6 days!!! She saw escrow through from start to finish and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Christy to anyone out there is Vegas looking for a home. You won't be disappointed!! I appreciate Christy for all she does and will use her going forward for all my property needs. Thank you Christy for all you have done for me and showing me what a great realtor looks like!! :) Kerri

ZillowVERIFIED I was recommend Christy's services through a friend of my family. Coming from Pennsylvania, she made my apartment search incredibly easy given the Coronavirus situation we found ourselves in. Moving across the country is a big task in the first place, but adding a pandemic on top of that makes every little thing significantly more difficult. Christy helped me find the perfect condo. She gave me the options, her opinions on the areas, and even vouched to the unit owners on my behalf when some complications arose. Overall, I could not have made the move to Las Vegas without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Christy made me money with her knowledge of the market and keen sense of buyer interest. She is the best, most responsive real estate agent I have ever dealt with. And that includes 20+ transaction over the years. Highly recommend!!! When the buyer counter offered, she made the decision not to alter the list price and the buyer still accepted. She was always available when I called and often performed basic duties without my prompting.

ZillowVERIFIED Christy Heil is an outstanding professional and an extremely knowledgeable Realtor. She worked with us over several years and was always top-notch. Her market expertise and guidance helped us price our home accurately for a quick sale, and she kept us informed throughout the entire process. Working with her is like having a personal concierge managing every aspect of your sale: she is motivated to get it done right. From list to close was less than two months, and she made the entire process clear and understandable to us non-real estate folks. We greatly appreciate her expertise in the Las Vegas real estate market, and are sure you will too.
