ZillowVERIFIED Christy is truly the best. I dont ever take the time to write reviews, but this one feels warranted. I came to Christy with a very sensitive and stressful move, but even from our first phone call she made me feel extremely supported and comfortable. My sale was going to be a tricky one, which I knew, but she was completely unphased and actually excited for the challenge. I feel that my experience with realtors these days is that they can be completely hands off and in it for the money, but Christy exhibits care and truly goes above and beyond for the sale. I am still beyond appreciative of her hard work, patience, and kindness towards everyone in the process (including the buyers). I can not recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED So, I went thru about 4 realtors over a number of years until Christy Quinn of country boy realty took the reins and sold my upstate NY house for me. In all the years it was for sale I got only a few showings and no offers. Christy brought me showings almost every week. Being in Florida this meant Christy had to do everything for me from driving by and checking for cleanliness issues, lawn condition to finding me a snowplow guy to come right out during a 36aEUR? snowfall. To talking me off the edge more than once. Always very full of confidence notwithstanding her fears when she thought Id aEUR~lose it over something minor or major.
