ZillowVERIFIED Christy became our agent one day and the next day we had a contract. Since we were moving within the local area, we asked her to represent us in the purchase of our new home. When we met to enter our new home, Christy immediately cautioned us the VA would not finance our new home without a new roof. Christy negotiated with the seller's agent and the seller to get a new roof on the house, and actually found the roofing company to replace the current roof. Meanwhile, the sell of our house got delayed by a glitch in the buyers credit report. Christy ran the problem to ground and found that the problem would be resolved at the end of the year which allowed us to rent to the buyer until closing. Christy is a go-getter and an excellent realtor.

Not with Christy, however. She was absolutely amazing and made our long distance home buying experience stress free. On one home finding trip we made to Florida, Christy spent an entire Saturday showing us 14, yes 14, houses!! We struck out on that trip and Christy persisted on with doing virtual showings with us via Facetime, and countless texts, phone calls, and many hours helping us find the right house. Her responsiveness and passion with helping my family get into the perfect home would have made you think we were her only clients. She loves what she does and I can't imagine having gone through this long distance move with any other realtor. Christy was patient with us and didn't try to get us to close on any house. She was genuinely invested in my family's needs and interests and took the time to find us the perfect house. I would highly recommend Christy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My husband and I were relocating to the area and arrived into town for a few days to secure housing before our move. We arranged via emails to meet at Christy's home. She intruded herself and her husband. She explained that he was going to help with the driving because she had spent the night in the ER. She assured us that she was up to the challenge and she was right! Having just met us it took only two days to find exactly what we were looking for in our new home.
