ZillowVERIFIEDChristy and her team are the best of the best. They worked hard to sell our home fast and get above asking price. The process was easy! We had moved away before our house closed and she arranged a remote closing. She was thoughtful when it came to our fur babies which meant a lot to me. We had constant communication throughout the process. Christy and her team are amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Christy (and team!) Were nothing short of amazing. She helped us sell our home, in the midst of a divorce, which i say only to say, she not only had to handle and negotiate with other buyers and agents, but with US! She walked us through it, and handled all the challenges with knowledge, style and GRACE. We had some challenges! This was no cakewalk sale! Without her assistance and knowledge and availability, we would have been frustrated and lost. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. Thank you Christy and team!

ZillowVERIFIED Christy was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and leveraged that to find lots of options that fit our criteria. Always put out needs first working into the night to make sure we met our deadlines. It was obvious from the start that Christy genuinely loves her work and get the greatest joy from seeing families get their dream homes. Best experience with a realtor ever!

ZillowVERIFIED Christy is an outstanding realtor and spokesperson. As nail-biting a process as selling a house is, she is patiently there every step of the way with patience and reassuring guidance. This is our second home sold with Christy, and we couldn't imagine ever using anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED This is my third time working with Christy and she has been 5-stars every time! She's wonderful at helping me maintain perspective while respecting my needs and standards. Not to mention she's just plain awesome at responsiveness and going the extra mile. The one bad thing... the first time she helped me buy a home some years ago, she gave me phenomenal cupcakes in celebration and I ended up in a blissful, but regretful sugar-coma. So other than her not realizing I have no self-control with cupcakes... 5 stars!

ZillowVERIFIED Christy, has been absolutely amazing and went above our expectations. She always has a great attitude and "stays on her A game." She surprised me and my husband how much she knows and found us a beautiful home that we are excited to move in. We will use her in the future and definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have bought and sold a total of four times with Christy, and we've had nothing but positive experiences with her and her team. We always recommend her when we hear about family or friends needing a Realtor, and my mother-in-law also successfully sold her home with Christy. For our current house, we found a newly constructed home and only had 30 days to find a buyer. And our house wasn't even on the market at that point! With Christy's help, we got it on the market and found a buyer with more than a week to spare. We now live in our dream home that I can see us living in for many, many years to come.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling our home was a multi-year process. Christy was extremely patient in answering our questions and checking in without pressuring us to make a decision. Once we finally decided to move forward, her team was amazing from staging to signing. She said she would sell our house the first weekend it was on the market and she did! We continue to recommend her to our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED From our first meeting, I felt comfortable with Christy. Not just comfortable, but very encouraged. She didn't come in and pick my house apart. She started by asking me what my dream was. She asked what all of my "must-haves" and "wishes" were for my new place. Next she took me through the way that she and her team would work with me. Only then did she ask me to walk through my home! Her team was wonderful and very responsive. She recommended a lender that I ended up choosing which was a good fit for me. I used her services for selling and buying. Man, did she work miracles in that process! I closed on both the sale and purchase on the same day. Some of the highlights of my experience were the staging of my home by a professional, the excellent photography of my home, the way she handled multiple offers, her enthusiasm throughout the process, and her belief in my dream. I would use her again in a moment.

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Christy in the early part of this year, I agreed to have her list a home I was building. Christy really impressed my with her strong sales & marketing strategy- such an overwhelming response to our Open House as a result of her highly skilled technique! We had 8 contracts submitted by the time the Open House ended! (I never expected such a fast turnaround!) Truly impressed, Christy has built such a great sales team- a definite asset to have in your corner!

ZillowVERIFIED Christy enjoys real estate and people. This is a good combination for someone who is a realtor. She has a nice smile and always has something nice to say about people. If I had property to sell, I would call her as I think she would get the job done quickly. She sold my house in Houston in two and a half months. Gretchen Grace

ZillowVERIFIED Christy was a superstar! She contacted me right away from the moment I asked for a realtor. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and reliable. She made personal contact with me and kept me informed on the process of selling my home. She found a buyer for me so promptly that I was astounded! My son and daughter were completely surprised also. She is a go-getter, self-starter, and all one would expect from a top-notch realtor. I thank God for helping me find her. Linda Hernandez

ZillowVERIFIED Christy has a passion for her work, and that passion show up throughout the home buying/ selling process with her. She had extensive knowledge of our market area, negotiated a great price for the home we bought, and efficently executed a strategy to get our home sold quickly. (All while i was 9 months pregnant, too!) It was the kind of attention to detail only those who love their job will put the effort into doing, and Christy is that person and that realtor. You would be making a solid decision choosing her and her team to handle your real estate needs.
