Review We first met Chris Crawford at an open house she was doing for a seller in Ridgewood. We were so impressed by her professionalism and knowledge that we hired her to help us sell our house and look for a new one. In addition to being one of the kindest and most caring people we know, Chris is also incredibly hard-working, responsive and passionate about her work and people. She really makes herself available for her clients and works her schedule around yours so that you can see all the houses that you want to see, regardless how far out of the area they may be. We never had any issues reaching Chris and she also conducted a lot of work for us late in the night (such as preparing offers). Both our young daughters fell in love with Chris because she is such a kind soul and so good with children. Even though we have since moved out of state, they always ask about her and want to know how she is. We ended up selling our house for more than we were expecting and that was thanks, in large part, to the hard work that Chris put in marketing it and showing it. In addition to her knowledge of the northern NJ real estate market, Chris also has a comprehensive understanding of the school systems, the property tax rates, and the amenities available to town residents. We HIGHLY recommend Chris Crawford to anyone in the northern NJ, metro NYC area who is looking to sell their home, looking to buy one, or looking to do both. Real estate is a roller coaster ride with emotional ups and downs.
