ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, Chris made the process feel quick and easy. My FiancA(C)e and I were super stressed out throughout the home buying process, however Chris gave us confidence that everything would be handled correctly. Even after he went through a painful surgery, Chris still answered every phone call. From the first conservation my FiancA(C)e and I had with Chris, we could see his knowledge and experience of being a realtor would give us an advantage throughout the negotiation and closing process. We are thankful to have had Chris as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I was completely in the dark and nervous about the whole process. Chris was extremely patient, informative, and not even remotely pushy about anything throughout the entire process. He was very available whenever I had any questions, and still is now that I have closed on my first home. Id highly recommend Chris for First time buyers or anyone needing an agent in general. I will definitely keep in contact with him for anything I need in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris helped us find our first home that is perfect for us. Throughout the whole process he was patient and answered all of the many, many questions we had. We looked at a few houses on the higher side of our budget that Chris could have pushed us to buy, if he was just looking to get the sale over with. However, he made it evident from the very beginning that he wanted to help us find the right home, not just a house. We are incredibly thankful to have had not just a great realtor but someone we consider to be a friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a a house. He was recommended to us by numerous friends and we are so glad that we went with him.

ZillowVERIFIED When you want the best, but you also want a very personable person, who truly cares about you, what you want, where you want it, and how quickly or slow you want to go, this man is your choice! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable of the realty industry, he's the most personable and nicest person you'll meet, especially in an industry that is so competitive. His bio is exactly who he is, and he means it when he really just wants people to be happy. He stuck with my wife and I for over a year in our search for the perfect home, and he went at our pace; he wasn't a single but pushy or in a hurry to get the sale and make the commission, he only cared that we got into a house that was right for us, not just the size or condition of the house, but also the price range. He's very upfront with you and makes sure you are aware of anything that he knows will likely or might be an issue with the homes as you walk through them. Chris is just the best, him and his team! At first it might seem overwhelming, choosing an agent and first speaking with him, but it's because he knows exactly what he is doing and what he is talking about, and like I said, he's very upfront. You won't find another realtor like him, and my wife and I have dealt with other realtors. Chris is the only one that we have met in our lives that actually cares about you, as a person, and not just making money in a lucrative industry. I could go on forever about how great he is, so you'll just have to see for yourself! Choose Chris, listen to what he says, and I'd highly recommend using who he may suggest as a lender, if you're also still looking for one.

ZillowVERIFIED Our family loves Chris Valianti and The Valianti Group! He sold us our current house and he sold both my kids their houses. He has now just sold another house for us. ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time we have worked with Christopher Valianti, as he helped us purchase our first home ten years ago. We were thrilled with the work he did on our behalf then, so he was the only agent we called this time. We had another fantastic experience working with Chris again. He guided us through the entire process of selling our former home and buying our new one with the kind of professionalism, knowledge, and care that truly sets him apart. From the beginning, Chris took the time to walk us step by step through every phaseaEUR"breaking down the complexities, answering our endless questions with patience, and making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely manageable. His insight and suggestions for preparing our home for sale were spot on. Thanks to his eye for detail, we were able to present our home in the best possible light and truly maximize our sale. More than anything, what stood out to us was Chris' unwavering advocacy. Whether we were sellers or buyers, we always felt that he had our best interest at heart. He fought for us, negotiated on our behalf, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. We couldnt be more grateful for Chris' dedication and expertise. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Chris was life changing for me. I looked long and hard for a home in Pitman, NJ and if it werent for Chris, I would still be looking. He was able to get me under contract on the perfect house for my daughter and me before it hit the open market, to limit the competition. This market is really challenging but working with Chris made it a positive experience for me. I cant recommend him enough. My family is so grateful for him!

ZillowVERIFIED Selling the house was made so much easier because of the compassion, expertise, and wisdom from the years of experience Chris has had as a realtor. Before we sold the house, he put us in contact with the various workers and inspectors that we needed to deal with before the house went on the market. He was present when we needed him and guided us well from the very beginning beyond the closing date.
