When you want the best, but you also want a very personable person, who truly cares about you, what you want, where you want it, and how quickly or slow you want to go, this man is your choice! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable of the realty industry, he's the most personable and nicest person you'll meet, especially in an industry that is so competitive. His bio is exactly who he is, and he means it when he really just wants people to be happy. He stuck with my wife and I for over a year in our search for the perfect home, and he went at our pace; he wasn't a single but pushy or in a hurry to get the sale and make the commission, he only cared that we got into a house that was right for us, not just the size or condition of the house, but also the price range. He's very upfront with you and makes sure you are aware of anything that he knows will likely or might be an issue with the homes as you walk through them. Chris is just the best, him and his team!
