It was a great pleasure working with Chris. He was courteous, responsive and gave great advice as needed. I did have challenges in my property itself and we worked through that to get a good price without giving away the farm. Chris and I developed a great rapport and clearly it wasnt all about the commission. Chris has unquestionable integrity and great personal qualities I would employ Chris again first and highly recommend him. We will go cycling in the spring.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris! He was well informed and taught us a lot as this was our first home purchase. There were some unexpected and last minute hurdles from our loan underwriter and he helped us solve those issues and close on time! He was always willing to call us and speak at any time during the process if we had questions, even nights and weekends. He is a great realtor to work with when choosing and buying a home!

Sorry wish I could say nice things, but after looking for about three months we had to go elsewhere. This agent lost our paperwork and was not a very good negotiator. We ultimately found a house, but felt the service could have been better. He just wasnt willing to fight for us.
