ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience with Chris Smith of Center 21 Community. He is so congenial, we felt very comfortable and reassured after our 1st meeting. He quided us appropriately on what we needed to accomplish in order for a successful sale within a reasonable time frame. Of note, we were highly impressed by the visual format he used to display our home online and we're certain that made it very appealing to some potential buyers. Furthermore, his communications were excellent and prompt whenever we contacted him. I recommend him enthusiastically and am very satisfied with Century 21 Community, especially Chris.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is the greatest realtor. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with buying or selling a house. He was my seller's agent (my house sold within 3 days!) and also our buyer's agent for the new house. What we liked about Chris: he kept in contact, checked in frequently and kept us posted with any updates he received during the process. We could ask questions and received prompt answers. Chris always had our best interest in mind. Not only did he jump through any hoop for us, we also got over flooring transitions together. It is evident that Chris loves what he does and is not just there for collecting a commission: Making sure people find their homes!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris did a great job in helping us buying a house. His expertise is outstanding. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Christopher was a great experience. I was really nervous about working with a realtor again, although it had been 15years since I last had. Within 5 minutes of putting my name out there that I was selling my home, he called me and set up an appointment for the next day. When I met him in person for the first time he came across as very relaxed and confident. He was extremely easy to talk to and listened very closely to little things I said. Once i decided to use him as my realtor, everything went very quickly. He communicated to me every step of the way. Once we finished one step he would tell me the next one.there are times during the selling process that there is little to no news, but he would still text to let me know how things looked on his end. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor and I highly doubt you will find a better one. A giant thank you to Christopher for giving me a great experience and helping me get to a new chapter in my life with little to no stress on selling my home.
