ZillowVERIFIEDChris and his team made purchasing my first house very easy. Communication was top notch. Every question i had was answered in a timely manner and broken down enough for me to understand what was going on during the whole process. I have already passed on his info to several people looking to buy. I will absolutely go through him again if I'm in the position to buy again.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris and his entire team were absolutely outstanding! Their knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness were truly second to none. Chris was always punctual for every showing, and his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry was nothing short of impressive. Thanks to Chris and his team, we found the perfect single-family home that checked every box and met all of our needs. His incredible team, consisting of Dani, Lisa, and Dane, was always available, accommodating, and willing to answer any questions we had along the way. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we were informed, comfortable, and confident throughout every step of the home-buying process. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Chris and his team made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldnt be happier with the service we received. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend Chris and his entire team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Lisa Scott and she was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt on all the milestones for purchasing a home. She didn't provide any pressure on a specific property, but gave advice on the process, specific homes, and negotiations when asked. I wholeheartedly recomend working with Lisa for a smooth home buying experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris and his team helped us find a home in 2025 after our cross-country move to Wisconsin. Overall, Chris was highly responsive and always made sure someone was available to meet us at any property we wanted to tour, which was a huge help. We did lose out on a few initial offers without getting much feedback on why, though we understand that can sometimes just be the nature of the real estate business. Where Chriss operation really shines is his support staffaEUR"they were absolutely awesome and communicated consistently throughout the entire process. We eventually had to expand our search area, but in the end, we found a property we are incredibly happy with. If you are looking for a team that is accommodating and has great communication, Chris is a solid choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Both Chris and Lisa were amazing through the whole process. Lisa was primary contact. She readily available to take calls, or provide additional information. She also was very through with explaining everything. Also before closing, we hadn't discussed a final walk through before signing. Lisa was able to (last minute) get that taken care of. When we had an accepted offer, it was with Lisa's recommendations. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was amazing. She made sure she knew what I wanted in a home and my budget I wanted to stay in. She answered all my questions as a first time home buyer and was willing to see houses on my schedule. We looked at 2 homes before we found the right home and 2 more after to make sure. And she made sure I was at the top of the offers and that I was comfortable with my offer. I'm so happy with my new home and Lisa, she really made this whole thing very easy for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris and Lisa did a great job handling a difficult situation. The condition of the house was not good. The sellers were estranged and the sale of the house was court ordered. The house sold quickly and for a better price than I expected. Lisa maintained communication all through the process. I appreciate their service and would hire them again.

ZillowVERIFIED Met Chris at the third house we looked at We knew right away, having experienced two other realtors, that he would be our choice. He was personable without being pushy, knowledgeable about the area, and accessible. His rapport with other realtors enabled us to be successful in securing this home even though there were several other contenders.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa was amazing as she helped me find a perfect first home for my new and expanding family. She listened to what I had to say and kept an eye out for something that worked for us. She found us a place that I wouldn't have been on the lookout for and I'm sure glad she did! I would recommend her expertise on what type of offer to make in order to close a sale as well as her eye for homes that would fit the need of the individual that is looking.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is the broker/owner of Berkshire Hathaway Metro Realty so you see him at the beginning of the sale and then his team takes over. His team is very knowledgeable. With any highly busy and sought after team, their communication and response time is not always as fast as I would have liked it. Having been in real estate myself I was able to understand more than the average would have. I had to prompt for info many times. My home sold in 2 days above list however. I would recommend his team if you don't want a lot of hand holding.
