ZillowVERIFIED Christopher Rodriguez from Moreno Real Estate Group was extremely helpful with advertising my property, pre-screening prospective tenants, and preparing the rental lease documents. He took the time to listen to my needs and was both professional and friendly throughout the process. ZillowVERIFIED We really appreciate how Christopher handled the sale of our home. Some unexpected complications arose during our sale that were beyond ours or CJ's control. Some complications were on the buyers side of things and some were because of our HOA. At times I began to lose hope in getting the sale done. However, CJ stayed on top of things. He made the extra effort to navigate the sale through the various obstacles and kept us informed all the way. We are so happy with his service. We highly recommend CJ to anyone thinking of selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Having Christopher Rodriguez as our agent was a really goood experience. My wife and I had an vision for our home, Christopher understood what we where looking for and helped us find the perfect fit. He really went the extra mile to assist us in the process of getting this house. At first, we were told it was all ready sold and we were upset because we knew that the market was really difficult to buy a house in the area we wanted live in. Thanks to Christopher, he keeped in touch with the seller agent and because of that contact, the agent let Christopher know that the house was back in the market and we got the opportunity to put in a bid, eventually getting our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Christopher was a most pleasant surprise. I reached to maybe no less than 10 different agents regarding rentals and of those Christopher was only one of three that responded and stuck with me thru the whole process and all the in between bumps and snags. Very patient, professional, kind, and very intelligent. Fully informed and if he doesn?t know something, goes out and gets the proper information. And on top of all that he is completely transparent during the whole process. There is no going wrong by entrusting Christopher with your rental or purchasing needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Since the start with Mr. Rodriguez soliciting our business, with his interest in all our properties up to now with his help getting into our new home this has been a pleasure doing business with him. He takes an interest in what you have for sale and truthfully approaches it like it was his. What we liked he does not sugarcoat what needs to be done to insure the sale. We being first time seller of such a large sale, he was there step by step throughout the process. He worked hard to insure all was in order to finalize the sale. But his help did not end by just selling our property, he started before we closed to start the process of finding us a new home. He was very interested where we preferred to relocate and what budget we had to fulfill this. With his expertise he guide us to home that would fit us and not just relocate. With his expertise he was able to secure us a home which was PERFECT by knowing what was out there. So Mr. C. J. Rodriguez is a fabulous realtor and we highly recommend him to anyone we want to sell any type of real estate and/or purchase some. Thumbs up for this up and coming young man.

ZillowVERIFIED Never judge a book by its cover! When I first met Chris I truly believed he was to young to help me with my real estate needs. Boy was I wrong. I was in search of a investment property and he immediately found me 3 deals back to back, all in the same year. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. He has a no nonsense approach to real estate that I found to be refreshing and reinvigorating after being in real estate myself for over 24 years.
