My husband and I have bought both our homes from him and he sold our first house while we were buying our second. It's not hyperbole to say that he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. As his client, he was always working to make sure we felt comfortable and optimistic and whenever I was freaking out about any of the items on my to do list or just the sheer effort of selling and buying a house during a pandemic with a 2 year old and 2 dogs, he could always talk me off the ledge. He always made us feel that he had a handle on the situation and his advice never steered us wrong. This is just one small example of what he's done for us, but when we did our final walkthrough of our new home we found a bunch of stuff left behind that was meant to be gone. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer Chris was absolutely amazing. My fiance and I were in a time crunch in buying a home and Chris made it happen in only a couple months. He was 110% devoted to making this happen for us. On top of it he is completely honest and will tell you like it is. If he saw something wrong with any houses we looked at he would let us know, he didn't sugar coat anything and that is exactly what we needed. He would rather take a loss on a sale than have us get into something that would have possibly become a money pit in our future. He was always available for us and he would always always get back to us right away if we needed to discuss anything with him. He went above and beyond for us, and even at the end when there became an issue at closing with something on the sellers end Chris not only remained 100% optimistic, he jumped through hoops for us and made it happen. If you want someone who is honest, caring for what YOU need, attentive, extremely nice and who has a passion for what they do then I highly recommend Chris as your real estate agent.

He really cares about his clients and definitely goes the extra mile. Chris communicated with us and kept us in the loop as things progressed in the process of selling our home, and purchasing another out of state. This was our first time moving from one state to another, and needless to say, it can be tricky coordinating closings in one state with the closing in another. Yet, Chris helped us tremendously, and in the end, it was a very smooth transition. Our relationship with him was such that when it was all set and done, we felt as if we gained another friend. He responds to you immediately and is always happy to talk with you no matter what you say and how you respond to him. In the process of selling our house we were in a pinch to get rid of old storage units which we thought were part of the house and the buyers didn't want them. Chris helped us to haul them out, break them down and dispose of them so that our house could sell on time and we could buy our new home. In our new home, we had some difficulty with the water faucets and new appliances. Chris again came to the rescue and almost spent three hours with repairs. We only met Chris via e-mail and he was able to sell my house and my sister-in-law's house in a timely fashion. He showed us new homes where ever we wanted to see them and told us about what our finances could be. We are now in our new home. He even recommended a plumber and an electrician. Chris knows lots of people and if he doesn't he will find out for you. My husband and I feel like we can call him any time. He is and always will be my favorite realtor!!!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, my husband and I expected the home buying process to be super stressful, but we had Chris recommended to us by a family friend and he made the process incredibly smooth. We had been casually looking at homes for about a year and when we decided to finally search in earnest, I went into it thinking there was no way that we could find a house that we liked, in our budget, and in the area we wanted. After looking online ourselves for months and months, Chris found us our house in only a few weeks. My husband and I are also very cautious people and had 1000 questions about every step of the process. Chris answered all of our questions and never lost patience with us. Compared to other stories we'd heard about the home buying process, I think we had it as easy as it could possibly go. The best parts of our experience were his responsiveness and his knowledge of the area. He almost always answers our calls, and if he missed us, he'd return the call or text within minutes. It helps that he has also lived and bought houses in the area, so it felt more like working with a friend who just happened to be super knowledgeable about real estate. He also gave us great advice during the negotiation process when we were feeling a little out of our depth, and we ended up getting the house for exactly what we we wanted to pay. We have no plans to move any time soon, but if we eventually need to relocate, we'll certainly be going back to Chris.
