ZillowVERIFIED The Pricket team recently sold our home in under 2 weeks (it did not even make it to open market as it was on "Coming Soon" status). Market analysis was spot on. Chris always responded to my questions and concerns as if I was his only client. The same can be said of Tracy who, on more than one occasion, was at her computer drafting documents for us quite late at night without batting an eye. Chris made sure we were properly staged and referred us to a local handyman for minor repairs pre-inspection (Chris is an inspector by background so was able to walk through our home and had an eye for needed repairs). Then, post inspection showed up with his tools to fix a minor but important fix himself AND showed up at the home we bought with his ladder and tools to troubleshoot the fan and fix the thermostat. I've never seen a realtor do this. Due to health issues, we had a really difficult sale. Chris and Tracy and the whole Prickett team literally led us through it, advised us when needed and went above and beyond to help us through it. They are a very impressive team - the ratings above are completely accurate.

ZillowVERIFIED The Pricket Group sold my home in the Tramonto area and I could not have been more pleased with the entire process; from the day I met Chris to closing. Day 1- Chris met me at my home with a market analysis of Tramonto and comps of similar homes to provide me an idea of a realistic sales price for my home. He also gave me some advice on some issues to address (fix-up) before I put the home on the market. Next step - Tracy from his team was an absolute lifesaver! She helped me SO much with the final issues of getting home ready to sell & basically functions as COO. The pictures were amazing when my home was listed and I had traffic within 12 hours of being on MLS. I had 2 offers within 6 days of listing (this may not be normal, so don't expect the same results) and Chris' knowledge did help me negotiate between the 2 offers. He was very straight forward with the facts concerning the 2 offers, but did not try to sway me to the higher offer (thus a higher commission for him). His gave me the facts so I could decide what I was comfortable with. Tracy saved the day when she arranged for move-out cleaning as my regular cleaning ladies were not available & could not clean the day I needed them after I moved out. Not sure if that is included in their regular service, but holy cow, I needed the help!! Top service from day 1 to the last day. I would not hesitate calling these guys. Professionals who get things done.

Their knowledge of the area and the entire process, from start to finish, will insure that every detail is taken care of. And their tireless commitment to that process will insure that the result is a success. I have sold a few homes now and the actual process has always been somewhat the same. However not every realtor executes that process the same. In the past I have almost always had to locate my realtor to find out when this is going to happen or why that hasn't happened or how do we go about doing this or that? Not the case with Chris and his team. They provide all the detail up front so that you know what's going to occur and when it's going to occur. And best of all...they follow through every time!!! From assisting with home preparation to photographing, promotional material, advertising, open houses and realtor tours we never had to try and figure out what was going to occur or when. And if you do need to contact them you are unlikely to end up having to leave a voicemail. There is no doubt in my mind that it is due to their tremendous attention to detail that our home sold very quickly and at price well above what we initially anticipated. And don't expect that once the "sale pending" sign has been hung that they consider their work done. They continued to work on keeping the sale on track until the closing documents were recorded. Chris and team thank you for everything!!! And a very special thanks to you Tracy for ALWAYS being there right when we needed you!!!
