Having been born and raised in Orange County, I learned to appreciate the beauty of our area from a young age. Today my love of nature continues as I avidly mountain bike throughout the region as well as hike the local mountain ranges on a regular basis. It was this admiration of the Hudson Valley that led me to choose to remain in the area so that I could not only work, but also raise my own family in the place that I truly love.

My introduction into the real estate profession was unlike most others; however, I believe it was what has allowed me to bring a unique and unmatched experience to the field. I first realized my passion for real estate shortly after obtaining my Bachelors in Science degree from SUNY Oneonta where I studied both history and anthropology. Immediately upon graduation I took a position working in the construction industry, allowing me to obtain firsthand knowledge of the complexities of exactly what goes into the makings of a home. It was during this time in my life that I realized how my distinctive knowledge could help others with their housing needs; whether they be first time buyers, those looking to sell and downsize or someone wanting to custom build and I wanted to make a difference.

Since first obtaining my real estate license I have grown from agent to broker and am now the proud owner of Realty Promotions. I have been consistently ranked among the top 5 producers in the Hudson Valley, selling on average over 100 properties each year. I have experience in both residential and commercial land development and have spearheaded many of the new communities throughout Orange, Sullivan and Ulster County. While I am pleased with these accomplishments, I believe my greatest professional achievement has been receiving remarkable feedback from both current and past customers. I feel an immense sense of honor when I find that I have been given the opportunity to work with someone based on a referral, knowing that a friend, family member or neighbor has entrusted me with their loved ones housing needs.

Due to my extensive knowledge of building new construction, my appreciation for already existing homes and my enthusiasm for working with others, I am able to work effectively and efficiently.
