Christopher holds a BA in Communication and Conflict Negotiation from ASU West. He grew up around real estate learning from his grandmother, then gained hands-on experience under a top-producing agent during college - handling complex transactions before most agents even get licensed. He brings a tech-forward, data-driven approach: custom analytics tools, AI-powered market modeling, detailed comparative market analysis, and proprietary negotiation strategy. If there is a smarter way to price, position, or negotiate a property, he will find it.

Dale relocated to Arizona and partnered with Christopher to form the Father & Son Team as a 50/50 PLLC. He brings decades of real-world experience, sharp negotiation instincts, and genuine client care that keeps people coming back and referring friends. He is the steady hand and trusted advisor who makes a stressful process feel manageable.

Together we have closed approximately $5 million in sales over the past 24 months. We work frequently with buyers relocating from California and other states, first-time homebuyers navigating offers and inspections for the first time, families upsizing or downsizing, and investors evaluating rentals and flips.
