ZillowVERIFIED My house was not your "cookie cutter" sale. Home needed TLC on the inside. Due to health issues, I wasn't able to keep up with it. Chris anticipates every step of the way. I have been in the mortgage business for 30 years and he is the best at what he does. He calls you before you call him, he gives you feedback on the showings and re-adjusts if needed, if he doesn't know the answer or if there are any issues (even if it title issue for example), he will research and figure it out and call you back. During the purchasing process, on at least two occasions, he dropped what he was doing on a Saturday afternoon to meet us at two houses we were sure were the one. When we finally did find the one he expertly advised us from the initial offer, through negotiation, appraisal, inspection, all the way to the closing table. His keen understanding of the industry and his negotiation skills allowed us to purchase our home for $38,000 under the asking price. We couldnt be happier with the outcome of the transaction.

I moved to MI and had selected a fairly large geographical area in mind for my new home. I?m sure this was a challenge; but Chris gladly accepted. He was such a valuable resource! He was able to pick up on the little things that I would say was important to me and helped me reflect on my lifestyle/needs to narrow down my search to find the perfect area. A place that felt like home. The competition was fierce when I was looking but he wouldn?t let that get me down. ZillowVERIFIED Chris was great to work with. He drove almost 2 hours one way to show us homes, multiple times. Chris used his experience to help us make an educated decision on which homes to be careful on, and which looked like the best purchase options for us. He answered phone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely manner, and more times than not, he answered them immediately. I dont think this man sleeps. He helped us understand the process before we made an offer, and often helped clear things up between the buyer and the lender. Chris called the night before closing to go over the process so we wouldnt have any questions about what we were signing. Overall, working with Chris was a pleasure. He went (way) out of his way to take us on as a client, and we much appreciated it.
