Chris is a gem. He is a wonderful, positive person to interact with. This made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. He went above and beyond to help with any questions I had related to buying a home. He played a huge role in helping me narrow down what type of property I was actually looking for. At the beginning, I did not have a clear picture, but he helped me define what I wanted and needed. He also did an excellent job bringing up factors in a future home that I would not have thought of, and I really appreciated his knowledge in that area. That guidance made a difference in how I evaluated properties and what I prioritized. He was very helpful in walking me through the timing and process of selling and buying at the same time, which I was initially stressed about. Chris made it feel manageable and less overwhelming. Chris is very personable and truly cares about his clients and their experience. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Chris was a referral from a friend of mine and man was i happy with the out come. He made time for us through out the weekend and nights during the week. He was easy going and understood what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. Great communication skills from him as well. Kept up on phone calls and text when needed. His knowledge in the housing market is phenomenal and he knew the area we where looking at very well. When we went into the houses he knew what to look for (problems, good things, flaws). He stood by us for quite a long time until we found the right house and all worked out well! USE THIS GUY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE OR RENT A HOME!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Christopher Leon is very rude, aggressive and eager to make a sale. Definitely would not proceed with this company. The same line used back in March was the same line used today. Are you looking to move now because the owner is looking for immediate occupancy He was more interested in knowing my credit and income immediately, prior to even scheduling to view the property. To see if he would prejudge I stated I had a low score in the lower fives, he INSTANTLY became rude I stated I had student loan issues, He said in a rude tone, What? Are you not paying them and then stated I believe your lying to me or are not telling me everything I need to know about your history. I have to tell you, I cant get you approved for the home I laughed and ended the conversation by telling him to have a blessed day.

Christopher Leon assured me in our first conversation that he would help me find a rental that would be within my budget and he came through for me. Not only did he help me find a place to live quickly, he is also very knowledgable. He was familiar with the building we looked at and knew what to look for, even checking the plumbing for me. I was approved within a couple of days. He addressed all of my concerns and I just signed my lease. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

As a private owner of a single condo, I have personally found tenants for the last 5 years without significant difficulty. This time around, I ended up trying to rent it at the wrong time of year, at the wrong price point and to the wrong demographic. Initially a DIY guy, I was not looking for an agent, but Chris was slick enough to get his foot in the door when I needed his help. Chris has a wealth of local Four Lakes knowledge and general condo maintenance knowledge. He used all of this to find an excellent candidate, in a short space of time and at the market price. This was my first experience ever using a leasing agent, or finding a condo/apt. on my own. Chris Leon was AMAZING!!! He answered all of my calls, texts, and emails, in a timely manner at every step of the way. He never tried to oversell or upsell me on a condo/apt/etc, but was extremely honest and upfront throughout the entire process. He made it very clear from the get go that "although he may not always have the answer to every question I ask, he would take the time to find the answer, and be as thorough as possible in answering all concerns" As a Christian man, Chris made this entire process very seamless for me, and was there to answer important questions, at critical junctures throughout the journey. I spent over a month, looking at 8 different condos and apartments. Most leasing agents would have grown impatient, or frustrated with my lack of experience, or indecision, but Chris greeted it with such a happy and enthusiastic attitude. What a refreshing face in this "business" with the small sample size of other leasing agents I came into contact with during this process. Not only did he find thee exact condo I was looking for, he hit every single check mark that I originally requested during our search. If you are looking for an amazing leasing agent, who is as professional in their approach and attitude as they come, look no further than Chris Leon. I absolutely will not hesitate to contact him again with any future referral business. Chris, thank you so much for your wonderful service and professionalism throughout this process. I not only view him as a top notch Leasing Agent in this industry, but as a trusted friend. One month after I moved into my new condo, and was still having problems with a few issues that my landlord hadn't taken care of, Chris was still texting me to make sure everything was going okay.
