I spoke with Chris over the phone as I live in Arizona, and was trying to sell my house back in PA (that had now been listed over a year). I was immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to be candid. His office partner is exactly the same too. I switched my listing to their office, and the house sold in 1 DAY! Furthermore being over 2500 miles away, I did not have do anything regarding the sale. They took care of all paperwork, negotiations, inspections, and corrections, and the closing. My previous year's realtor (whom I did not buy a home with) when I was looking was very unresponsive, and she didn't seem to care about helping me find a home. Thus, Chris was a breath of fresh air when I met him. Chris has a great deal of knowledge about the Lehigh Valley area since he grew up here. He was able to answer my questions about different areas as well as the pros/cons of living in different towns. He has a good knowledge of the current market values as he represents or shows many homes. He is also easily accessible by phone, email, and text. Chris showed me about 20 homes over the span of 3 months before we were able to find the right home for the right price after our second bid offer. Although he is a younger realtor which may make other clients wary of his experience, I found that not to be the case and would recommend him for others who are looking to buy a home with a good realtor's help.
