ZillowVERIFIEDHe was amazing to work with. He would send me listings that he thought I would like and I would send him listings I was interested in seeing. For every property we saw he would send me the disclosure form so I would know if there are any problems.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was easy to talk with and very upfront with us. It has been a few years since we used him to buy our first home and we are working with him again now that we are looking to upgrade. He helped us work with a bank on closing and provides a lot of good information on options that we may not have thought of.

ZillowVERIFIED I personally worked with Chris Jordahl. Purchasing a home was one of the more stressful things I've done in life. Chris was there every step of the way. He was always available to take my calls and answer any questions I had. He also gave me great feedback and advice when looking at different properties. I will not use anyone else! If your looking to buy or sell a home, do not hesitate to call and ask for Chris. He's a great person and will take care of you and your family! If you're Active Duty, National Guard or a Veteran, Chris will give you a discount at closing.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, we talked to several agents before committing to one. Chris was the first agent who seemed straightforward, not pushy and didn't annoy me by bombarding me with calls and emails, so we decided to go with him. We felt that Chris thoroughly listened to what we wanted and found homes that met our criteria from the start of our search. He is responsive and very knowledgeable. He told us the pros and cons of each home and was realistic about what to expect. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood the process fully. We will definitely use Chris as our "forever home" agent. He quickly became like family to us!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Jordahl has been my agent for about two years. He has done an extraordinary job helping find properties that best fit my needs and at an affordable price. Christopher is very flexible with showing times, helps finding information on the neighborhoods, knowledgeable on values per neighborhood, is willing to negotiate prices, and is very active on responses. I would recommend using Mr. jordhal as your representative for the sale or purchase of your home/future home.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Chris. He is very personable and easy going. From our first meeting with him, we knew he had our best interest in mind. He kept us informed of every showing and decision, and gave us little tips along the way. Chris was also very prompt in returning phone calls if we had questions. He became more of a friend to us than a realtor. You will be very pleased with Chris and his high level of professionalism. Thank you again Chris for everything! YOU ARE THE BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris's personality clicked with us right away. We wanted someone who would genuinely look out for our best interests and someone who we felt we could trust. Chris provided that and more. He was extremely patient with us, as we looked at several homes and submitted 2-3 offers on other homes before one was accepted. He was always optimistic for us in the process, even when we felt frustrated. It seemed as though he was available all the time and I always felt comfortable reaching out to him with questions. He was always willing to answer questions and did so in a way that we would understand, which was extremely helpful. Overall, as first time home buyers, I feel we were so fortunate to be able to work with Chris. We will 100% recommend and use him for future selling and purchasing needs

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Chris in September 2013. We had just started looking for homes on Trulia. Chris contacted us immediately. Not only is he one of the most professional individuals we've ever met, he is also one of the nicest people we've ever met. The whole process was somewhat stressful, for a number of reasons, but thanks to Chris' calm and collected demeanor, all the time, he made it happen. We are now happy home owners. Chris, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we appreciate all your hard work. You're the real estate "go to guy!!!" Sincerely Renate & Daniel Grim
