ZillowVERIFIED Zillow initially connected me with Kim Coelho, who immediately passed me off to Chris Jones. From the very beginning, I was upfront that I am autistic, brand new to the real estate process, and would need clear communication and guidance while researching several land properties. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst professional experiences Ive had. Over the course of 15 days, I provided 4aEUR"5 properties and repeatedly had to chase Chris for updates. He only looked into one property, days later, after I followed up multiple times. The only response I received was that it was landlocked, no further explanation, no proactive guidance, and no effort to help me understand possible next steps. When I asked if building an easement was possible, I was told Id need to buy the property first and aEURoefigure it out lateraEUR? with the county. Thats not guidance, thats dismissiveness. A good Realtor should help a client explore possibilities, provide direction, and clarify the process, especially for someone openly disclosing theyre new and neurodivergent. Instead of accountability, I received excuses, delayed responses, and even arguments when I expressed my frustration with the lack of help. This included a condescending ChatGPT-generated message justifying why I couldnt expect basic information on multiple properties. Only after I complained about poor service did Chris suddenly claim he had a aEURoelearning disabilityaEUR? something never disclosed during two weeks of poor communication to deflect responsibility. No client, especially a first-time autistic buyer, should have to beg for information or feel argued with by the very people they came to for guidance. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Kim Coelho or Chris Jones to anyone, particularly those who need patience, professionalism, and proactive support.

We requested a tour of the home via Zillow. Chris called us shortly after to schedule the tour for the next morning, despite it being 9:00PM. That next day, we looked at around ten houses, something our previous agent would not have done, as he was only able to see about six a day. While we were on our way to the last home, Chris pulled over at a home that was for sale, called the seller?s agent, and had us view the home. This ended up being the best home for us. Chris was able to negotiate the list price down 20K after they had just dropped the list price 20K, which was great.
