ZillowVERIFIED Chris was very responsive and knowledgeable. Always communicated with us on our options and helped us navigate the process. When there was a hiccup at closing he remained calm and professional and made sure we knew what was going on and what we could do to make it right. We got the house we wanted and he made a great deal for us.

ZillowVERIFIED If I can give him 1000 stars I would. We were first time home buyers who had no idea what we were doing. Chris went above & beyond for us to make this process so much easier explaining everything step by step. Definitely someone who cares about his clients & loves what he does.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, it was a huge relief to have Chris by my side every step of the way. He was always available via phone, text, and email. He gave me his honest opinion about certain properties and when the perfect property presented itself, he stressed the importance of moving quickly. Now Im a homebuyer and landlord and I couldnt be happier. Im looking forward to working with Chris again in the near future.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, it has been a roller coaster of a ride because of the pandemic and searching in neighborhoods with skyrocketing prices on a limited budget. Throughout this close-to-year long process, Chris has been incredibly patient in ensuring that I find the perfect fit, while sharing extensive knowledge and experiences around both the sales of homes in the area, as well as what to look for and gotchas in and around the homes. At the end, I ended up with the perfect place and I am very grateful for all his work in helping me finding this place and getting the deal through to the end. 10/10 recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Christopher has been an absolute pleasure to have as my agent. I began the process mid June or so and I bought my house at the end of August. He was ALWAYS available, answered ALL of my questions and listened to and conveyed my EVERY complaint about the process when dealing with the seller delays and their agents lack of communication. I plan on purchasing investment property and Christopher and the Mandrell company are my choice Agent and Agency.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is great and we had an awesome experience buying our first condo with him. At our first meeting, he walked us through an overview of the home-buying process, spent time getting to know our needs, and thoroughly answered all our follow-up questions and concerns. Next, he helped us craft a search strategy, and accompanied us on several months of nonstop house hunting. He sacrificed many weekends to accommodate our hectic work schedules. Chris was patient with us as we slowly learned about our preferences, and he consistently provided us with honest and thoughtful opinions about properties we visited. When it came time to start placing offers on properties, Chris was also helpful in helping us generate reasonable comparables that we could rely on during the negotiation process. There were a few close calls during our house hunting process, but Chris remained steadfast and committed to making sure we were comfortable with our final decision. We highly recommend Chris!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris went above and beyond for me during my home search and final purchase. He was always available via email, text message and phone day or night and showed a genuine interest in wanting me to find not just any home, but the right home for my growing family and I. Even after I closed on my home, Chris has called or reached out several times to inquire about any issues or help rectify any issues I may have encountered once we moved in. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor and would absolutely consider using him again down the line.
