ZillowVERIFIED I usually sell my own properties, but my home at 9405 Post Road in Odessa was unique. I interviewed 4 agents and chose Chris because he could quantify the "feel" of the home. There were no comps that were similar to my place. Less-experienced real estate agents saw the property as the typical 4 bed/3 bath, and didn't take into consideration the exquisite upgrades and unique features. Chris was able to make a cogent argument to the buyer's appraiser to support our listing price and monetize the "feel". He earned me $100k over what I thought I was going to get. Chris knows Odessa like the back of his hand. I'm pretty sure he's been in almost every house out there at some point. Chris is personable, gutsy, smart and reliable. (and fun and nice). He attended every showing and tidied up loose ends. (watched my dog, blew leaves off the driveway, fixed a few minor issues, and edited my emails.) I trust him completely.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Mr. Johnson a few months before we decided to put our house on the market. He was nice enough to come out and talk with us and do a walk through. At the time my wife and I had already purchased our new home and we were trying to figure out if we wanted to keep the property as a rental or sell it. Chris assured us that the market was right and the time to sell was now. We knew we wanted to do a few updates before we sold the home and he helped us decide where we could maximize our return on the investment. 6 weeks later the home was on the market and and we began entertaining bids. Although the offers were fair and followed the typical "20% under the asking price" Chris assured us that he would find the right buyer. Well, time went by and a few deals fell apart but through his diligence and professionalism he found us 2 qualified buyers at the same time. They both wanted the home and the person who bought it ending up paying $20,000 more than the appraisal. We traveled back to Tampa from Colorado to do some fix-up work and interviewed several other realtors while we were there. We selected Chris Johnson because he lived in Odessa and was knowledgeable of the Odessa market, had been in the business for some time and was willing to negotiate commissions. We signed a listing and left Florida prior to Thanksgiving. Chris immediately had several showing and presented an offer within two weeks of listing.
