He helped us negotiate an amazing deal on our condo with great advice on how to approach it and what we should expect--and he was right on every front. The truth of the matter is, although we knew he was quite busy, his perfect balance of professionalism, integrity, knowledge, and friendliness made us feel like we were his only clients, and that was a very safe feeling to have when making a decision as big as buying a home!
