ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our home from the team and sold our home with this team. That alone should speak volumes. While Chris and Jeana are extremely approachable and personable, dont let that fool you into thinking that they wont be straight shooters when it comes to pricing your home, time on the market, and how to play the housing game. From keeping my sanity (dealing with prospective buyers/sellers and their requests), answering my one million and one questions all day every day, to tips and tricks of the trade - they had us covered! Chris and Jeana always gave me the most information legally possible so my husband and I could make sound, educated decisions in this process. They did not try to steer us towards what would (ultimately) serve them better. They did not blow smoke to us, regarding what price to list our house (knowing our situation of a relo and wanting to get moved quickly, but reasonably/fairly). They were/are real. Highly recommend. And I would say we would use them again when we sell our home...well, we did! And were just as impressed with them as the first time we used them in buying our home as we were when we used them to sell our home.

When we were not finding homes that met our needs, Christopher helped us gather information on possibly going the different route of obtaining a builder and having a home built from the ground up. He did a lot of legwork by speaking with several builders regarding costs and locations. This was a very stressful time since we had a very specific timeline for a move-in date. Christopher helped us to get the information we needed so that we could make a decision quickly. In the end, we located a home that was already in the beginning stages of being built so this helped immensely to meet our timeframe. While looking at homes, he gave his honest opinion about what he liked/didnt like about them. I found that extremely beneficial! I used a VA loan to buy my home and Chris is knowledgeable about them. And Chris knows a lot about Russellville, so if you are from out of town/out of state, hell give you lots of newcomer info. If youre on the fence about who to choose as an agent, you should really consider him.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to the area without prior knowledge of Russellville and accidentally found Christopher Hodge at an open house we happened upon.We came to him knowing the house we wanted to buy. He gave us a few other comparable choices but didnt keep pushing for other homes when we told him we were settled on what we wanted...which is something I havent experienced in other realtor. A lot of them seem to want to push particular houses that have better payouts for realtors and its left me feeling ignored and frustrated. This absolutely was not the case with Christopher.Our house was a very difficult case. THREE different registered addresses, funny location, and a few hoops to jump through. Mr. Hodge spent several hours smoothing out a deal that, in my past experiences of home buying, would not have worked out as well. His knowledge of the area and an evidently solid professional relationship with other local realtors made the negotiation process much easier. Though it wasnt necessary, he spent personal time, outside of business hours, taking care of our case.Since purchasing the house (Which took a few months to close...it was a TOUGH deal!) I have asked Christopher Hodge to consult on another property. He again was responsive and worked hard to understand what we wanted and what our best avenue would be to have a successful transaction. I would likely employ his services again if we needed to do so. He has been detail oriented, competent, hard working, and a good closer in my experience and I would (and have) recommend him as a good agent to use.
