The owners have taken items that should have stayed with the home and he made sure we they were replaced. He also went as far as coming over in the evening during the weel to help me bring my mattress and area rug upstairs to situate my bedroom.. Huge thanks to Jason!

ZillowVERIFIED i have only good things to say about Chris. Our settlement was a bit difficult with the seller being very lazy to get major issues taken care of.Chris handled it very well. The seller wanted to postpone settlement again for second time ,even after we all rearranged our schedules twice at this point. Chris got it done. and even after settlement the seller still had to take care of some major issues, he was again being lazy. Chris took care of it all, he stayed on top of this seller. i always have his business cards handy to give out. Chris is a great person. thank you !
