I reached out to him years ago asking about the process of buying a home, and he educated me of what would be needed to be eligible for a mortgage one day. It took me a few years to be financially ready for the leap, yet chris was always reachable for any questions I had along the way. When I started to seriously look at houses, Chris worked around my busy schedule and did all the heavy lifting of researching the details and history of the property for my knowledge. He is extremely knowledgeable about the markets current conditions and past trends and gave great advice. Before putting an offer down, he walked me through a detailed explanation of what to expect in the house buying process so I had a thorough idea of what I was walking into. He helped schedule appointments with contractors and inspectors that saved me time and energy, and he always had a great referral contact for anything i needed.
