ZillowVERIFIED Chris had sold a house for a relative with excellent results (multiple offers, above asking price.) Made sense to call him to sell my Phoenix home. He listed it at about $ 30k more than I expected. Listing went live on a Thursday, by Sunday we had multiple offers, Monday accepted best contract, and settled in 8 days. Chris knew the market, pricing, buyer habits and wants. Certainly I was lucky to have cash buyer to settle so quickly, but Chris knew what the demand was, how to position the house for sale, analyze the offers, counter and address inspection items and we still settled timely. Great job, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chris. He'll get it done, fairly, best price, excellent guidance, will see you through the entire experience. I'm exceptionally glad to have worked with Chris. Their move went smoothly and quickly so we wanted to find an agent who could do the same for us. Chris was happy to talk with us at length about the market and what to expect in the future when we are ready to move. We were not ready to do anything right away, and he knew that, but he was still willing to give us the time and attention we needed. It impressed us that someone would spend so much time with, us as he did, without the promise of immediate reward.
