Gibsy provided us with excellent buyer representation. We purchase investment properties in the DC/MD/VA region and were extremely pleased with the level of effort she demonstrated while working with us. Gibsy was a blessing. I had switched to her as a realtor because she was very diligent in finding me a home. from Day 1, she sent me 8-10 homes per day and would book appointments back to back so that we were always on the move until we found the perfect home. She was very knowledgeable regarding the process and whatever she did not know, she worked to get the correct answer from her team. She was very helping and patient as I have a toddler and had to always move bookings if they did not agree with my schedule with him. Me and my Husband had the best experience with Gibsy as our realtor, this wasnt my first time buying a home so I'm not new to this but let me tell you Gibsy was very outstanding and helped to sell our first home and helped with the purchase of our second home. She was very outstanding after we were under contract Gibsy provided excellent service by answering many questions and making sure we were ready for closing, She was also patient and her communications was on point, I am so glad I had the pleasure of working with her through this process.
