ZillowVERIFIEDWe were looking for property in or close to the Poconos. We came to meet and work with Demi by chance - a random call on a property we liked. She listened to what we were looking for and set up a mail stream that sent us props that checked most of the boxes. One of those was a real hit and Demi arranged a showing in a short period of time. She lobbied the seller's agent to get us the price we offered and she remained extremely responsive via text, phone and email throughout the entire process. She exudes an exemplary level of professionalism while remaining down to earth - Demi is easy to work with, easy to talk to and delivers honest opinions when asked. She hooked me up with a great title company as well. She exhibited an INCREDIBLE level of patience with my lender - I won't name them, but, they were pretty disconnected and caused a lot of last minute headaches that Demi helped managed all the way through final approval. At the final walkthrough, she became a "home inspector", going all over the house insuring everything was still in good order - even climbing into a dirty crawlspace with me to inspect what I thought could've been a leak! Although I'm hoping this is our last move, if another real estate transaction appears down the road, I would request to work with Demi Grida - I highly recommend her.
