Since I live out of the country, I was skeptical I could find + secure a home from abroad. But Chris made it easy by providing ample listings that fit my wish list, as well as countless in-person visits on my behalf. After about a week of daily check-ins I made an offer on my favorite place, was accepted a few days later following Chris' negotiations, and further received various credits from the seller for small issues found during the home inspection phase. In addition to the home search itself, Chris introduced me to my lender as well as my new property management partner, who will rent the home while I'm away. In other words, working with Chris was like a one-stop shop. Highly recommend!

Christopher Dowlen and his team were amazing! We live in Nebraska, so selling a house in Las Vegas required a great deal of communication and some maneuvering to get everything in place. Claudio Montenegro answered all calls immediately (within minutes if he was driving) any time of the day, night and weekends (really), so we know he is also a safe driver. Claudio Montenegro does not try to push you into something just to make a sale and has a lot of patience. We saw beautiful homes and some dumps also (to be honest). Claudio Montenegro gave us the knowledge to make our own decision, and the right one at that. We could not be happier to have Claudio Montenegro a member of Team Dowlen whom helped us at our time of buying a home be our guide. A beauty of a home we purchased and very quickly at that.
