Chris Dewitt was absolutely fantastic to work with when we purchased our new home. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, even when we asked them multiple times - just to make sure we understood things fully, and was always patient and reassuring. He was very accommodating with showings and often got us in right away, even at odd hours. He also did a great job handling the back-and-forth with the sellers agent, keeping us updated, getting us any documentation we requested, and making sure repairs were followed through on before closing. We really appreciated everything he did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home.

I had reached out to one of my friends who is in Realty and they referred me to Christopher. We jumped on a call right away and I told him when we were looking to buy just a few months down the road and, how much we wanted to spend and he had us look online at houses that we were potentially wanting before we pulled the trigger and started the pre approval process. Once we had the pre approval there was no time wasted in trying to find what we liked and what we wanted to see. Christopher went to every listing we wanted to see and explained the good, the bad, and the ugly in each property; which we really appreciated since we were purchasing a home over videos.
