Chris made the process of buying a home way easier than we could have hoped for, especially considering we are out of state and bought the house in advance of actually moving to the area. Based on our experience, we were extremely disappointed by our experience with this agent. In our opinion, the transaction became more about protecting a commission than helping her clients achieve homeownership. The buyers were veterans using a VA loan and had limited funds available. As the sellers, we agreed to pay off the solar system, cover closing costs, and work through multiple issues that arose during the transaction in an effort to help make the sale possible. After inspections revealed repairs that needed to be addressed, we expected all parties to work together toward a solution. Instead, the agent appeared unwilling to negotiate her commission and insisted on receiving the full 3%. Rather than finding a compromise, the additional financial burden was reportedly placed on her own buyers, leaving them with even less money available as they entered homeownership. What troubled us most was the apparent lack of concern for the long-term well-being of her clients. These were veterans trying to purchase a home, and every dollar mattered. We believe a great real estate agent should advocate for their clients, seek creative solutions, and prioritize people over commissions. Unfortunately, our experience left us with the impression that the commission was the priority, even when it negatively impacted the buyers and contributed to the failure of the transaction. We would encourage anyone considering this agent to ask detailed questions about how she handles negotiations, client advocacy, and difficult transactions before making a decision.

I had reached out to one of my friends who is in Realty and they referred me to Christopher. We jumped on a call right away and I told him when we were looking to buy just a few months down the road and, how much we wanted to spend and he had us look online at houses that we were potentially wanting before we pulled the trigger and started the pre approval process.
