ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin? So we were lookin for a home on Zillow and it said to call this number and so I did, the gentleman right away connected us with Chris Davis as the realtor. Chris met with us and showed us the home, at first we werent sure what to expect so he took our info. However long story short my husband and I decided to take that chance and go with him regardless. Let me tell you were so glad we did!! He was very responsive, professional and easy to get along with. Therefore every time we called him or text him to see if he would show us a home out of the blueaEUR|he would be there to do so!! Honestly we couldnt have chosen a better realtor! He led us to buy our dream home, and offered a wonderful lawyer for our closing, also recommended a great inspector for our inspection. I can go on and on all day about him. The first time I spoke with Chris, I kind of wanted to aEURoetestaEUR? him by asking about a random property and seeing what his response would be. Nonetheless, he provided incredible insight and feedback. From that point, I decided to try him moving forward. With the market going as fast as it was, it was important to have someone take time and understand what we wanted, Chris did just that. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the area where we ultimately purchased our home, and we had no idea where to even look. We were leaving Chicago and knew we wanted to still be relatively close to work and family. Chris took his time showing us various areas and let us decide, and trust me, we changed our minds a lot. As a first time homebuyer, I thought I had it all down after doing research prior to buying a home but knew nothing and was naive about the whole process. I am grateful that he was on my team! First, I was using a quicken loans as my Lender and they wanted to much for closing cost. Then Chris referred me to one of his contacts that was A LOT LESS! Second, he gave me insight on home inspectors and home owners insurance agents that beat the bill from all competitors that I inquired upon. Last, he is very knowledgable about properties and there current conditions as to see if there even worth buying. There were a few homes that we saw and suggested that if i had bought it, there were going to need some repairs done. He isn't just about "selling", he makes sure that you get the best bang for your buck and assures you that you will have a forever home. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND him and his team as i will be using them in the future when and if i decide to purchase a new property!
