Chris was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about helping me sell my house. As a first-time seller, I knew nothing about the process and Chris was always there to help me, answer questions, and to explain both sides of the picture as to what would be good and bad, as each interested buyer would be looking for in the sale. I found Chris to be excellent, respectful and very diligent in his work and would recommend him to any new seller or buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Easy to work with. Never pushy. Very natural and friendly at all times. Professional and Knowledgeable. Chris got me a quick sale on my home in Parma that I previously had difficulty selling because there were so many homes for sale in Parma that were "distressed" homes for sale at very low prices. I would recommend Chris to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is amazing, he sold my home quickly, made great recommendations to get it sold quickly. Would not go to anyone else for home services! I initially went with him to buy my first home but finance wise it didn't work out, later I found a home and then had to sell it a few years later for work and he was amazing in the overall process.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris did come out and list my home promptly. He took pictures and put it on the websites. I contacted him numerous times asking him to change some wording, or correct inaccuracies in the listing. He responded, but never made changes. On the day the house was supposed to transfer, he informed us that the buyer was out of the country and the signing would take place in a few days. He sent us forms to sign indicating we agreed. I got mad because we were never informed and asked for more money due to our extra costs because of the delay. He agreed, spoke to the buyer's agent, and then came back with the comment that we were being unreasonable.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a house is stressful. It is comforting to have an agent that is engaged. Chris was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He showed me houses after I got off work. Did not mind if I had my kids with me. Very good with my children. Getting their thoughts on the house and the move. Answered all my questions. Chris knew all about furnaces and electrical boxes etc. Aspects that I would not have thought about and he wouldn't take advantage of a persons lack of knowledge. He also made it very convenient to sign documents. I was able to sign documents online. I would highly recommend Chris. He is trustworthy and has integrity.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was incredibly professional from the outset. He called and introduced himself after the referral had been made, and followed up after an appropriate amount of time. Chris listened to our requests and applied his local knowledge and experience to provide us with several options to begin our home search. We were impressed with Chris' in-depth understanding of what constitutes a structurally sound house. He pointed out potential issues to us and explained, sometimes several times, what they were and why they could prove costly.Although Chris had accommodated our initial requests in his original selection of homes for us to look at, he was very flexible in changing his approach when we realized we needed to modify some of our requirements.Chris was also flexible regarding his availability for viewing homes. Whether we needed a weekend or an evening, his professionalism was consistently evident. After we had made our decision with respect to the house on which we wanted to make an offer, Chris was efficient at providing the relevant paperwork and very detailed and specific regarding the information we needed to include. He handled the whole negotiation with courtesy, respect and empathy for all parties concerned.Chris continued to follow up with us for several weeks after we had moved into our new house, to ensure we had contact information for relevant homeowner-related businesses in the area.We strongly recommend Chris Crawford as a real estate agent to ensure a smooth house-hunting process led by a knowledgeable, experienced, courteous professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I rented a home from Chris last year. He was a wonderful landlord! He had previously lived in the unit I rented and knows a lot about the surrounding area as well as Cleveland at large. He was always quick to answer emails, calls or texts and handled all requests professionally and timely. While I am currently parting ways with Chris for work reasons, I am intending on working with him again in the future when I am ready to enter the real estate market again! Thanks for everything Chris, looking forward to partnering again.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a real estate agent who knows your area and will work for you and your needs, Chris is the guy. We had an agent before Chris who showed us the listings that she thought we should buy. She didn't consider our thoughts and needs. Chris was the opposite. He showed us (I mean, we went inside) over 40 houses until we found the one we wanted, and we are so excited and pleased with it. Chris is very responsive and very flexible. Excellent agent. I highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is awesome. Absolutely zero pressure, works at your pace, points out things that may be concerns, or could be used to negotiate a lower price, always available, and just generally a cool guy. We looked at probably 40 homes, and never did he make us feel like we were wasting his time. We finally found one, and he was on the ball as he got our offered approved in less than 24 hours, and has helped us through the whole closing process. Greatly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Christopher Crawford when we were investigating a home in Cleveland that was either a short sale or a foreclosure. We didn't know the difference between either or them nor were we seeking those types of homes, we just liked the street in Cleveland and the house looked nice from the outside. Chris came over to the home site and showed us the home, he was completely straightforward in his disclosure and he didn't try to sway us either for or against the property we queried about. He also offered to show us another one in the neighborhood that was one of his listings, it was very nice (just not exactly what we were looking for); Chris never pushed or tried to sway us, nor did he inundate us with follow up after his showings. We have our present home for sale, it is listed with the 2nd realtor and Chris has brought prospective buyers to our home (BOTH TIMES). To us this is a sign of a very good; ethical realtor. He should be recognized for this.

ZillowVERIFIED Two years ago I decided to buy my first home. It was a long, stressful process and needless to say with a lot of setbacks down the road. Chris was extremely supportive, explained all possible options, gave advice and made sure I viewed any house I was interested in as quick as possible. He always responded very promptly and even directed me to people that handled the financial aspect and home owners insurance. As a first time home buyer, the process was extremely challenging, but Chris was there every step of the way for months until all arrangements were made and I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Chris Crawford was excellent. He was very understanding of what we were looking for in a house. He did not waste our time with homes that were not in our specifications. I was very nervous due to the market but he always made us feel very comfortable and whenever we had questions he always answered his phone and gave us his undivided attention. It never seemed as though he was to busy to help. In searching for homes he would give pointers and would even speak with neighbors to see the kind of neighborhood the home was in. I would highly recommend Chris Crawford to anyone looking for a new home. Thank you,Alexias Kinder
