ZillowVERIFIEDChris was a great help to us for finding our future home. He?s very honest and realistic which is helpful to first home buyers like myself. I would definitely recommend using him for all your home finding needs and I plan to reach out to him in the future if we want to sell our house as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDChris is awesome! He was able to get me my dream house! He is patient, understanding, and has the client?s best interest at heart. As we all know, 2022 was not the best time to buy a house, but Chris was able to find me exactly what I was looking for, and within budget! Even after I had purchased my home, Chris was still willing to help me - whether it was referring painters to advice on roofs! Chris provides excellent service! Will definitely be recommending Chris to everyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDChris is a great realtor. He replies quickly and is knowledgeable about the area!!! He helped me purchase a home, looked at many and has great recommendations. Patient, responsive and attentive, highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDChris is true expert and very knowledgeable of local market conditions. He helped to coach us through how to prepare our home for the pictures to be taken. Our house sold, over asking price, the first day on the market. I could not have asked for better results.
ZillowVERIFIEDChris was a pleasure to work with in our recent home buying process. He was pleasant, professional, responsive, excellent with follow up and emails regarding appointments and or house viewing. His work with us made a challenging process more successful. We highly and without reservation recommended Chris. We give him 5 stars!
ZillowVERIFIEDPurchased a single family home 2014 St. Cloud Florida Chris is by far the best real estate agent that I have dealt with over the past 50 years. The home that I presently live in was purchased using Chris as our real estate agent a little more than seven years ago. We furnished Chris with desired location, ballpark price and square footage requirement. Within less than one week we were presented with several floor plans and chose our present home. I have purchased five (5) new homes and sold four(4) over the past 50 years utilizing real estate agents and can state that Chris was/is the most professional real estate agent that Ive dealt with. No stress and a lot of joy. Closings are usually burden with a lot of stress due to lack of knowledge of the process, but with Chriss assistance I actually understood all of the requirements throughout the closing process. Chris is knowledgeable, professional and above all honest
ZillowVERIFIEDWIN! WIN!I have worked with Chris several times for home sales and purchases He is professional and competent and made a great choice for me. I didn?t know anyone, anything in this area. He showed me a brand new community that is 55 and older. There are tons of activities and amenities and truly wonderful people. This was a great suggestion for me. I feel he went above and beyond and listened to my needs. He is a friend for sure as well as trusted professional.
ZillowVERIFIEDOur real estate agent Chris, was so patient with us while educating and guiding us along our home purchase in todays real estate market. He went above and beyond service taking us to any house we requested to see. He was prepared and timely submitted our offers . He was professional and the expert we needed to buy the house of our dreams.
ZillowVERIFIEDChris is by far the best real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a retired military member, i have moved many times, buying and selling several houses. Chris made this last purchase the easiest and most productive ever. He showed me exactly what I asked him to within my price range, never pushing me to look above my means. He found the perfect house in a fantastic neighborhood and helped negotiate the best price. What really separates Chris from the multitude of part timers is his service after the sale. he answered every question, helped with every problem that came up, acting as an intermediary when several things were not up to snuff and needed attention. Builders dont always respond to customers, but they know agents are their bread and butter, and Chris had no problem getting action on necessary repairs and changes.I would never use anyone other than Chris in central Florida. Hes proven to me that he is the best of the best. Thank you Chris, for showing that there are still true professionals in the business today.
