ZillowVERIFIEDChristopher helped us purchase a home. We previewed a few homes and were outbid a few times until we finally found the perfect home. I cant thank Chris enough for his patience and his due dilligence throughout this purchase. He is responsive and connected us with an amazing lender, attorney, and inspectors. As a first time home buyer, I thought the experience would be overwhelming but Chris made it extremely easy. I highly recommend Chris and his amazing team.

ZillowVERIFIED Christopher and his team was able to sell our home for 85K above ask. He made an amazing virtual tour video and advertised our home through social media. When we first launched, his team rented an ice cream truck and catered the public open house. His team was extremely responsive and was always available no matter what time I called them. If you are looking to sell or purchase a home, I cannot recommend Christopher and his team enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris and his assistant were stellar in guiding us through our home buying process. Chris was super friendly and patient with all of our questions as first time homebuyers. He quickly got a sense of exactly what we wanted and made sure no time was wasted. The listings he sent over were right on target, and he always made himself available to do a viewing. We were eventually able to close on a house in Springfield and could not be more happy with the experience. A huge thank you to Chris and his team for making this such a memorable experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris helped sell our home within 30 days and much above we anticipated. He was patient with us as we made the decision to sell since we had delays in our future home due to COVID. But he stuck with us, kept the communication with us open and transparent throughout the entire process. Thanks Chris! Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I am so happy that I found a professional, responsible, responsive and knowledgeable broker. Christopher and his team (in my case Sally Elkholy) were excellent in every aspect. They kept finding me listings that met my needs since day one. After we made the offer and went to the next step, Christ checked in on me every week to see if I needed anything. Sally, my agent was available to answer my questions at any time. They care about customers, are incredibly helpful, and had my true interest at heart.I highly recommend Christopher and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris and his team were awesome and provided me and my husband with 5 Star + service through the entire process of selling our home. Chris was involved and guided us every step of the way. From getting the home ready for sale, to staging, taking professional pictures, open houses, offer process, contracts, CO's needed to closing - he even recommended professionals to address some of the issues found during the inspection process. They really made the process easy and seamless for us. Chris has a great personality and provides service with a smile! I highly recommend Chris for your next real estate transaction.Elba and Eugene Silva

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Chris to sell my father's house as we were looking to move him into a home closer to me. Understanding the desire to move on from this property sooner than later, I never had to worry about Chris staying engaged with buyers and presenting me only with offers that fiscally made sense. Very quickly we had the house sold and I was more than impressed with Chris' engagement through the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Chris and Albert to sell my house in Union during this COVID-19 pandemic. We fortunately listed the house before the crisis, and they did a excellent job and got me multiple offers within 10 days. From pricing right to a drone video of the house to highlight the yard to custom Super Bowl cookies at the open house, they made it happen! Special shout out to Albert who even went to the house to make sure the house was ready for the CO inspection, installed a few detectors and after the closing dropped off my check in my mailbox during COVID. I greatly enjoyed working with them because they understand the business, online marketing, and are super responsive. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Hardest working agent I know. Always accessible - I could text Chris in the middle of the night and he would respond. Went above and beyond - for example he found the house inspector for me. When said inspector found some issues in the house Chris proactively found ways to address them and remedy Worked w my attorney as well- he ensured the CO AAAs done and distriubted to my attorney and sellers attorney Still working to make my move easy - he is facilitating the contractors I hired to renovate the home. Highly recommend to anyone in buying selling or renting in union county NJ

ZillowVERIFIED Christopher Chin is the hardest working agent I have come across. He helped my partner and I sell our home in less than 4 days with multiple offers sitting on the table. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and carries out all his tasks in a timely manner. He is also well known in the Real Estate arena and has helped us several times referring us to various contractors and attorneys. We would definitely continue to work with him and use his services.
