Christopher was great. He was very responsive w/ my querries and assisted me in negociating the repair needed to get the VA loan cleared. He assisted in inspection of the property and directed me to reputable local inspectors. I was very apprehensive initially but he made my first home buying an easy and enjoyable experience.

I had a great experience working with Chris. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work and was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect home. Chris was always available when I had questions and made the entire process stress free. I'm a first time home buyer and had no idea where to start, let alone the feeling of being scared and nervous. He was so patient with me and explained everything so well. This journey from the beginning to the end has been so smooth sailing and he was very involved in all aspects of the closing. I wouldnt have wanted any other realtor agent representing me. I couldnt be happier, and have been recommending my friends and family to contact Chris when they are ready for their home searching journey!

Chris did an excellent job assisting me in finding my home I was looking for, he is very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas that I was looking for. He was there in the beginning when I started looking till the end of escrow. He is honest and full of integrity, he communicates well and when I call he assists me immediately and he is the person that will make it happen to your home search. As for me having a great real estate agent was the key to my future investment and he is very professional.
